I'm thinking of buying this smaller saw since I already have the 36V(18x2) but this one is $199 and for $50 more I can get another 36V with 2 batteries + 1 free tool online. I just wish this one was slightly cheaper. but 2 36v saws is still really good because they're powerful and cut smooth

this is easier to work with than the 36V, but YES the price is not exactly good

I've gone through a couple of these saws and they really are fantastic the guide rail adaptor is difficult to set perfectly each time so I ended up using a bit of ply as a gauge when fitting it to the saw which keeps the blade precisely against the rubber splinter guard. Still found the saw rocking slightly in the cut due to the play between the saw plate and the saw so cured that by fitting a washer to the nut that holds them together.
Get the plunge saw when you can as this really is superb!

I was a little worried about installing the blade after reading a couple of reviews. But it was amazingly easy. Took about 1 minute. Works great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxjpBI8OOeUXib_iT7UomCrQ-uauwZJ62c . Cuts easily and is perfect for pocket cuts I needed to make for replacing some old deck boards.

Great saw but I think you need a new blade

This clip was made after a series of sequences, yes, in some cuts it was the case to change the disc

Hello, Does it have a little play in the sole? Can you cut a plank to length perfectly at 90 degrees? Thank you 🙏

Sorry, I have a blue box corded Makita. Monster saw for all projects. I don't own a rechargeable saw of any kind.

Don’t think I’d rip with it. I see it as being designed for trimming and cutting sheet.

Will it cut metal or steel if I change blade or not advisable for metal cutting?

You should not have your hands this close to the blade. Not a good example for safety!
