One dangerous to the public constable ... needs retraining or sacking ... sacking preferably
“In the British model of policing, officers exercise their powers to police with the implicit consent of the PUBLIC .
“Policing by consent" is the phrase used to describe this.
It expresses that the legitimacy of policing in the eyes of the public is based upon a general consensus of support that follows from transparency about their powers, their integrity in exercising those powers and their accountability for doing so.”
The ‘bearded blunder ‘ needs to learn who he serves .
i thought policing by consent is like.. i am searching you because XYZ do you understand? and if you say yes you agreed. Do you understand being do you comply rather than do you comprehend.
@@thatguy363you thought wrong.
Police by concent is like most of the government BS, hero nurses, yes till you need a pay rise. We don't trust the police anymore. Every day, citizens have had bad to criminal behaviour from plod.
the consent is given by the police not us.. they dont explain this, they let us believe its our consent ... its not

He was provocative, escalating and trying to goad for a reaction. A perfect example of all that is wrong with the Police.
My god! That cop is just a trouble maker, very bad policing, arrogant.
Old chunky here is a classic example of people who gladly become Gulag guards.
They don't like being made accountable and when you know the law they get petulant.
Please keep up the good work reporting on crown employees over stepping there authority.
That officer was trying to taunt AB into doing something so he could arrest AB and I hope he makes a complaint against that officer. Calling a member of the public an idiot is unprofessional and unacceptable
But their our HERO'S 💩💩💩💩💩

True?????
@@barrygach8909 I have no idea where you are going with this. I'm not a UA-camr myself, unless watching UA-cam makes me one. I do know from previous AB videos that he is married and has at least one child so I am assuming he doesn't live in his mothers basement. I know nothing of his education background and I think UA-cam is his job, so would be his source of income.

Excellent Video AB. Everytime AB produces a video like this it is a stark reminder to us all how necessary his service is. Truly shocking behaviour and attitude from the Police. Good Bless AB. Guardian of public liberty.
First class job, AB. Allowing officers like that to patrol our streets, at any time, let alone in the hours of darkness, is a catastrophe waiting to happen. His behaviour really needs to be reported, as it's plain to see that, it's probably not the first time he's been guilty of overreaching his powers.
As soon as AB says it's public road you can't restrict me from walking they started to back off because they realise he knows the public laws the police service is the most currupted organisation in the UK

When Fred Flintstone told you he is 'the kings servant' and gave the 'attestation' bullshit, you should remind him of the 'Coronation Oath'.

Despite you telling him to leave you alone and him acknowledging that you didn't need to speak to him, for him to continually impede what you were trying to do and get in your face and speak to you after you repeatedly asked him not to is harassment.
This is an attempt to enforce what he personally thinks is decent against indecency (in this case filming a person who "might" not want to be filmed), the problem is, it has nothing to do with his job, therefore he is abusing his powers.
It really looks more like they are hiding something
@@chronomaster5779 It's worse. You have no expectation of privacy in public, so not wanting to be filmed is irrelevant. The copper thinks standing in the way to impede recording and movement is fine, but it's not lawful. Being obnoxious is just an optional extra. Worse still is putting hands on someone in that circumstance.
From the Met directly: Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel.
@@newblor Yes, but i included it in my comment. When i said "it has nothing to do with his job" i meant to include that its not/against the law. Meaning he is acting with authority based on his personal motives, which immediately makes it corrupt.
However, in this case, as far as i can analyse, this police officer was genuine in his concern for some reason and was sure it was his duty to protect the privacy of this individual (or his officers), which shows he is being taught just general principles in his training, which doesn't coincide with the law, and also he began to make an ego reaction when was approached with impolite dismissal. His personality and flaws are exactly the opposite of what makes a person capable of being an effective and decent police officer. And i believe the recruitment and bad training of these people are done on purpose.
May you explain what did you mean by "being obnoxious is optional"? I didnt understand the context of it.
