@@thetruth9210and swearing isn't even a section 5 public order offence as he was trying to go down that road, it only becomes a public order offence if it's threatening and alarming to members of the public and there has been a complaint by said member of the public, on duty police officers do not qualify as members of the public so swearing at or in front of them doesn't constitute a section 5 public order offence.

New Met Commissioner recently said…without Integrity we are nothing. Pc 764 clearly disagrees so is unfit for purpose. He mentioned his Oath to the King….but failed to mention this part …..upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; Recording a police stop is protected under a fundamental human right article 10 the right to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority. Clearly this officer was deliberately blocking all attempts to film this search, why ? What do they have to hide ? He was suggesting he was protecting the person arrested, what he was really doing was deliberately blocking all attempts as showing what the police were up to…..as for respect, he clearly showed no respect. So although he can say he represents the King, i think the King would definitely not want this officer…764 representing him, he is a disgrace to King, Country, the force & to any member of his family

To be honest, I reckon he was trying to impress that other officer who asked him to talk to you. And bless him, the extent of his talking skills amounted to grunt-like "Huh's ?" He will surely win officer of the year award and when told will very likely say "HUH ?". What a Muppet.

There are lots of things where the police are the only real solution
When the police refused to act, what does the public do?
In my case, lots of officers said, if you don't like it, make complaints.
What they weren't expecting is complaints that they lose.
I would add I can easily add another 20 to the list above.
When one person gets 25 complaints upheld in a short period, what do you conclude about the police?
Remember, you can't get a complaint upheld unless they have got it wrong. In most cases even when they have they will give you the brush off.
One by the way ordered them to take corrective action. They have a problem because I've said I will test that corrective action.

If anything, they are less corrupt, criminal and prone to extreme violence than they were back in the 1950's to 1970's, according to the stories I have been told. That's true
I live abroad now and have done for 15yrs and am so amazed the difference between UK police and the police here what a difference
The UK police are supposed to to live up to a high standard but clearly that standard has been replaced with arrogance and bullying ( and have experienced it first hand with bored cops )
But here in this country where law enforcement have a bad reputation for being corrupt and lazy yet are much nicer people don't harass people don't speak to people like shit in fact most of my interactions with police in this country have been really pleasant and very good chats
      Difference are amazing
My experience with police back home was a constant harassment on a weekly basis for about 6 months getting stopped by the same cops when on my way home from work at 3am always getting pulled over for document checks breath testing and even search of car and myself
I'm pretty sure this was because they was bored being assigned to a quite area along a large roundabout nothing else to do other than sat in their cars blowing each other off or just power hungry
Later round out after making complaint I wasn't the only one but unfortunately due to my scheduled departure to start new life and job abroad couldn't complete the complaint

However, in this case, as far as i can analyse, this police officer was genuine in his concern for some reason and was sure it was his duty to protect the privacy of this individual (or his officers), which shows he is being taught just general principles in his training, which doesn't coincide with the law, and also he began to make an ego reaction when was approached with impolite dismissal. His personality and flaws are exactly the opposite of what makes a person capable of being an effective and decent police officer. And i believe the recruitment and bad training of these people are done on purpose.
