Fret not, we're here to help you land your first dyno!

My jaw dropped when I saw how many subscribers you have, you deserve a lot more! All of your videos are so well developed and really helpful!!
I feel like the dyno is one of those things that no matter how easy beginner setup you try to mock it up on, you will actually need to get better and stronger before being able to do even a "beginner dyno". Then again, for some climbers it comes a lot more natural than others and even some world top climbers have it as their weak side.
Thank you so much for the breakdown on the technique! Very helpful!
Great content, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Helpful, thank you
Thank you!
Good video
nice perspective ! dynos are tricky
As I work on my first "big" dyno problem at Pac Pipe, I'm confused about one point: for a "single dyno," the upward momentum comes mostly from our legs, is that right? So why would training require explosive pull-ups or ladder dynos?
pls upload again :(
Until next time...?
