im so happy that they confirmed adding ATGM movement criticals. I was the one who kept suggesting that on the discord during the closed beta. it was annoying when supply trucks got away after being hit by atgm once

I can see the B2 being something ia's actually not. I know they gotta do stuff for balance and all that but I just have that sneaky feeling it's going to have chaff/flare which it does not have.

T14 already had the top attack missile from last beta it’s just never used since it had a whole 1km more range
So they fixed it
@@g3koot100 he said they added 2 missiles which is incorrect, the buffed one and added another
i am really looking forward to the single player campaign of this....mp is always too hectic and chaotic for me tbh
MP is great, try not to spread your attention out across to wide an area. Take your time with your pushes and learn to micro. Splitting units into control groups is an essential tactic to managing your units efficiently.

Yeah nice, making the infantry more viable ie going to change your the pace of the game significantly. I still hope that my armoured company deck will still work well. Rolling around with six Abrams and a bunch of SHORAD Bradley’s was absolutely brilliant fun. 11.5 K/D with 100+ kills was my best game. All thanks to your deck building guides dude.

I can't wait to smoke another wave of fresh players that think blobbing tanks and A-moving works. Some of the most fun I had in the previous beta was clobbering someone's entire deck with a pair of LAV-ATM's and some basic micro. You either get those or the people that try to trench warfare like wargame and get smoked by all the firepower and mobility in the game.
I forget if in the last beta you could build/setup fortifications like sandbags, sandblocks, camouflage tents for machine gun nests, barbedwire, and trenches. Would be really cool to have some traditional RTS base building to fortify a position like you would an expansion in say starcraft.
Also I assume there will be mod support? If some mad lad has the skills it would be crazy to have a FPS mod for this game where you can have a friend be the RTS commander and you and a few other friends play as a squad, kinda like playing with zeus in arma.
I dont remeber any fortifications from the last beta. And I think adding them to single player (if there will be one) would be a great idea

I’m wondering if they intend to update decks post launch as real life equipment gets upgraded. The M1A3 and the F-35’s sidekick launcher are only a year or two away from entering service.
Would be cool if they did but I'm sure there will also be modders who try to recalibrate the game to be as accurate and realistic as possible based on officially disclosed stats.

No, they're serving more of an anti-hard cover and anti-infantry role, they mentioned in the dev blog. It's not unheard of, as bizarre as it sounds, Russians have been using mine clearing ropes in that fashion in Ukraine.
Infantry buff is very needed. I dont know if the hp an light at buff will be enough at close range but it is a very good step from the first online beta. I think tanks should not be able to anihilate many squads of infantry at close range in cities or forests. Op tanks are not fun becouse if there is 1 best strategy people will abuse it and the game will be boring. Not mentioning that those op tanks are not realistic (look for what chechens did with Russias tanks in grozny or what Hezbollah did in 2006).
It’s hard to represent the cover of buildings. You could turn up the defensive bonus but tbh it won’t help much since when a vehicle spots an infantry unit, itll keep shooting until the unit dies which it knows. The suppression will make the infantry at fire at really slow speeds. This is unlike real life where vehicle crews don’t know if every man in the building is dead
Careful what you wish for. Infantry are way more dangerous than a lot of the people that complained about them think. The problem with a lot of the feedback from the last beta is that it came from people that are 'casual' at RTS and can't micro and stuff. Infantry with micro and someone actually keeping them supplied so they don't wittle down to attrition can STOMP anything that comes into range. My best K/D matches were all from being the infantry focused player of the team. Give them mortars for smoke and fire support and keep them mobile and concealed and they SLAP.
People think they're weak because they play BA like it's Wargame and try to engage in static, trenchy deployments of their units and expect them to just 'lockdown' a spot by existing there.
@@shadow7988 with the way supply works, keeping the unit alive is worth so much. its just that infantry die "fast" even though they take the longest to kill but whatever. AFV vs AFV battles are always short than anything vs infantry. Just like irl theyre really survivable as long as you pull them out when theyre down to 1-2 men and resupply them

I hope AA isn't as potent in the next playtest. Might be a big untasteful but the recent Iranian attack on Israel and the entire war in Ukrain have shown that modern AA isn't as potent against missiles as many people thought.
they were ineffective because they were overwhelmed, fly single targets into the Iron Dome and they will get shot down, as planes over battlefields of Ukraine
They're getting buffed. Honestly it's not that bad though, SEAD works fine and it's really easy to just use artillery, or ironically, AIRCRAFT against a lot of the AA if they have certain bombs and laser guidance. Last beta everyone was just bullying AA with SU-57's and F-35's with PGB's, which wasn't even really beatable without bringing in ASF of your own to deal with them. If anything the AA is extremely weak against more experienced players.

9:48 I cannot blame them as much helicopters are fragile in open Beta, helios in the infantry tab were very annoying to deal with and saved you a lot of points for infantry spam as you drop them off and sell it, to spam more stuff which I did but yea it's mostly because of heli spam and I don't think they want to suffer the same fate as both Wargame and Warno despite Warno nerfing helio...and buffing once they realize they over nerfed them.
