- Launched in 2007 the Mercedes C63 AMG Estate is a model that can not only carry an entire family in comfort but has the power to outpace most 80’s supercars. The only thing, however that lets it down is the skinny rear arches and that’s where our wide rear arch kit comes in.
This particular AMG Mercedes C63 estate is booked in to have our wide arch kit fabricated, fitted, and sprayed here at GBG as well as a bonnet vent conversion. Watch the whole process from start to finish to give you an idea of the various stages involved.

What kind of man hours is involved in this? Would this absolutely break the bank to pay a shop to do this out of pocket?
you need 2 pce rotos up front!
Looking great. What is needed to widen the axle? So the wheels are also further out to fit the arches?

Sorry but that arch on the rear bumper is not following the existing arch, while making it look “square-ish” ! The bumber arch goes more oval and smooth!
I was really interested in these rear wheel arches until I saw this video and noticed exactly what you mentioned. Goes to show how poorly designed and manufactured they are.
