Great overview. Love my Riva2 40 cassette flush fit but will seriously consider this if I decide to have a free standing stove. Love the quality, design, controls, burn. Superb bit of kit that. 👍🏼
Hi, great channel, thanks for taking the time. You obviously review top end stoves which would stand frequent/ heavy use. I’m looking to install a log stove in an external office/ workshop space. Have you any plans to review budget stoves and flues that would be used infrequently and purchased on a budget?
Are you getting the controls mixed up ? I thought after the stove was well a light you closed the right up ( anti clockwise) then just controlled the fire with the left hand control , the air rinse.
I have this stove and the bigger brother…you are correct,Gabriel is arse about face with the controls. Left is upper air(secondary) right is lower (primary). Fantastic stoves
Yea I was. I had been using 2 different stoves with the exact opposite set up, and I had been completely backwards on both. I’d also been working some pretty serious hours. On the plus side though, getting it wrong doe’s definitely add to conversation 😅 Thank God for small mercies!
