ET with modern warfare graphics and its physics - best game in the world. It could be also great for realistic hp 5-6 shots dead. But scoring 3-4 headshots in fight is what you like the most.

There are no Wolfenstein models for gmod yet (I think). This was filmed in "Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory," a free multiplayer sequel/expansion for RTCW. Technically, you're the right one.
