Hey Adam. I've been using ipvanish for almost a year. Was good. Lately I've been having buffering problems so started doing some trouble shooting. Not knowing if it was maybe a lousy 4k max or something else.
Speed test drop down to 35 -50 mps from 120-200 regardless of county I use. Didn't know about the reoccurring billing either. Can't seem to find where that can be turned off, but have only done a quick check. Def. Won't be keeping it till the end of the contract

Unless you're over 50m away then you only need CAT5 cabling.

Hi. Where do I find the recurring payment page, I've looked at payment type and subscription, but can't find recurring payment to switch off. Or do I just remove/cancel payment option for PayPal?
If you visit their website and sign into your account you will see it says subscription. At the bottom, click where it says I wish to cancel my subscription.
@@FreeTech thanks for your help, but I've just had a look and it's asking all questions about why I'm cancelling with final page saying " cancel my account" so I'm not sure I should cancel as I still have until last week in August before current subscription ends, I don't want to be without active VPN!
@@Streamer20four7 Try contacting their live chat to ask. But usually when cancelling a subscription it won't take a further payment and should say your subscription will end on the date the renewal is due. Let me know what they say though please.

I use the massive discount, then login to my account on computer, I cancel account, still works for subscribed period, but doesn't auto renew, next when account runs out I creat new account with different email and get the massive discount again 👍🏻🤪😜

Today I tried this ipvanish , after 2 hours of use I didn’t liked the speed and tried to cancel the subscription. I talk with 2 agents , they wanted to give them the invoice ID that I didn’t had (because I didn’t recived one) They asked about a photo with my bank statement, my last 4 digits from the card, post code , my full name and my phone number . What you say guys ? How this sounds ? In the end , they lied to me that they cancelled the subscription but I didn’t received any email that confirm what they said and in my account it say that will renew on 16.nov.2022. So in the end I cancelled my bank card to be sure that i will not have problems in the near future
