Stock with 25mm tyres is so 2 years ago. Spend a fortune, then off the bat spend another 100 euro on gp5000 in 28, and ofc if you wanted more, you're out of luck. Ironic for such a heavy bike.

No matter what tyres they spec they won’t satisfy everyone. Any good bike shop will credit for the tyres coming off against the new ones.
But by the sounds of it you’re only here to bash Trek for being heavy and not speccing your favourite tyres.
      Move along

Wow thing is amazing! Is this bike comfy? I want to get this or the Domane but I heard the Domane has the rear iso issue 😢

It’s very comfortable and the Domane doesn’t have rest iso issues, we’ve sold thousands and the only “issue” happens when people don’t service them. They’re a moving part and need some basic servicing and maintenance. But the isospeed is a great system.

Yip, definitely worth thousands more that rim brake bike, faster looking, I will definitely be faster on that bike, it's the bike not the man on her. 🙈🤣🤣

If you’re still talking about rim brake bikes being better then you are missing the point. I drive a 23 year old Land Rover Defender, I love it but have no illusions that a modern car isn’t better in every way. I just prefer my old one. The new Madone is better than any of the old rim brake ones.
The quality of the bike has nothing to do with whether rim brakes are better than discs.
Also saying that speed should only be measured by the rider and not the bike is nonsense. By that measure none of us should get to ride a fast, high end bike if we’re not in the World Tour.
