Viewing The Spectactular Cumberland Falls | A Gem Located in Southern KY | Corbin, KY | 4K

This is my return trip to Cumberland Falls State Park after getting rained out last year. It is a phenomenal horseshoe waterfall of reasonable size located in Corbin, KY, close to the border to Tennessee. Cumberland Falls has also been called Little Niagara, the Niagara of the South, or the Great Falls. It is 68 ft tall and 125 ft wide. 3600 cubic feet of water passes over its sandstone edge every second (statistics provided by KentuckyTourism.com).
Another cool thing about this site is it is known for being able to see a moonbow at times throughout the year. A moonbow is basically a rainbow at night where the light is provided by the moon opposed to the sun. Moonbows are seen at less than 10% compared to rainbows. Maybe in the future, I will get a chance to go back to document this occurrence as I have never seen a moonbow either.
Focusing back on this trip, we do a bit of a walkaround, and I show you the view of the falls from all the lookout points. I left out a tour of the visitor center and gift shop in this video since we did that in the last video.
