RV furniture is so awkward to remove 😅 We have been there! Those new couches are such a beautiful color!!! I love how sweet the members at Lippert are. When you want a new pillow go buy a different colored pillow case with the same dimensions instead of new pillows.
We couldn't agree more to both -- awkward RV furniture and Lippert! LOL! :) We love their whole team so much. It's been the best year getting to know them since we started RVing! The pillow + different pillow cases is a GREAT idea!!
I agree! I'm not super creative when it comes to interior design (although I wish I had that skill!) and it's an easy solution for someone like me! So I appreciate an easy solution!
Absolutely beautiful! It's amazing how color opens up space. Even though the new furniture is 'bigger', the lighter neutral tones create the illusion of more room and add to the feeling of cozy comfort! The gallery wall is beautiful - what a great idea! I'm totally sold on plants, pillows, cushions, and throws...not so much with rugs though. LOL! It's not an issue of aesthetics, it's more about vacuuming vs. sweeping up the Golden fur every 5 minutes. Rugs really add to the homey ambiance but so do the big furry Golden speedbumps laying in the middle of the living room floor. or in front of the fridge, the stove, the bathroom etc... One of the things I added to the vertical decor in my old RV was indoor solar-powered light sconces (attached with command strips). I also switched some of the pendant lights. Christina, you are so right, "home" should be a sanctuary! I loved how Nash 'helped'. He was so cute and curious every step of the way. What an excellent video! Thank you for the inspiration.
Golden Speedbumps, hahaha I love that so much!! It's TRUE! Nash is the same -- always in front of the doors, fridge, pantry, etc! We definitely worried about a rug and his fur, but so far it hasn’t been bad! He actually doesn’t shed as much as Goldens normally do. We’ve been shocked! I'm excited to see your new rig once you get it and get decorated! :) Grand Design Rally's here you come! :)
@@PawsForLove you won't be able to keep me away from the Rally (even though it's big - you convinced me in the video). We settled on the GD Solitude bunkhouse (privacy for the boys, sanity for me and more room for the dogs. I also get the outside kitchen which is fantastic for driving days)
We don’t have a rig…YET, but I have already started crocheting afghans and a bedspread. I’ve also found a pattern for a “Tree of Life” wall hanging. I really enjoy working with different yarns! Thank you for showing us your home updates!

Thanks for watching Sherri! We absolutely love our new furniture!! The old couches had a lot of wear and were peeling from sun too, but we love this new upgrade. We feel so much more comfortable!
Awesome tips you guys!! You DO have to make your house cozy; I agree! 👍 OMG yes--the counterspace is too precious for decor... throw that decor on the walls and on the floors in the form of rugs! For a personal touch in our RV, we have painted, hung canvas pictures, installed curtain rods and curtains, and added a cat tree (OK the last one was more for necessity, but... still.)! (Also, I couldn't help but LOL at the beautiful B-Roll of you using the couch, Christina--and picturing myself sitting up in that chair with the headrest stuck in the forward position, looking like a dork because I didn't understand that button! ROTF.)

Maybe I'll recruit you in Florida because you did an AMAZING JOB! The counter space, YES! Such precious real estate! LOL! I love everything you've done to your rig -- your place feels SOOOO cozy and inviting!! You just have such a great creative eye -- even with the hooks for Keith's sheet for him during calls! LOL! GENIUS!!!!
