1)The next part, The final battle will be between Karan and Yaskin and in which Yaskin's current body will get destroyed by Karan and will release the kali out of his body to find a new body. so that they can cast a new face as the big daddy of this universe(Surya would be a best choice as Kali I think so).
2) Second theory about prabhas that how he can use that vijay dhanush, it could be possible that prabhas is someone belong to the karan's family and he possess the maximum DNA match to the karan out of his hole family hierarchy that's why he was able to use it. And in next part when amitabh sir's character meet him he will teach him how to use it correctly or train for the same.
3) In the end what Yaskin said, it could be about break the circle of 4 yuga's and start a new yug of Kali yug. That would sound perfect, as in avangers Thanos had the same ideology that to kill everyone and create a new world where everyone will follow him.

If you see in sambhala when Vijaya lands at prabhas hands the line that der to nahi Hui acharya putra line plays in background as Aswathama(Amitabh) imagines that he must be Karna as the weapon is working on his hands and the Mahabharata scene plays where the same line said by Karna shows,but actually he might be parshuram or incarnation of Shiva as well because Vijaya can be held by both and both play a role in kalki's upbringing in prediction of future

1. Karna with Kavacha Kundala also is not immortal and with Vijaya Danush then too he is mortal.Serials projected in such a way that retracting for many is difficult.
2. Vijaya bow dint give much benefit to the one using it ,as evident with Parashurama using it against Bhishma and got swooned and defeated. Indra used it to fight with Ravanna, needless to say Indra got defeated badly . Karna with reluctance (may be) used it only the 17 day then too (the crucial fight for him ) got defeated.
3. The Bow nor the divine armour got the capability to one make immortal , it is the skill and weaponry that makes a warrior formidable.
4.Karna’s death is simply cosmic karma destined to be killed at the hands of Arjuna, with or with out Vijaya or with or with out Kavacha and Kundala.
5. In Dwapara Yuga Arjuna was invincible bowman and he could not be defeated by bow , Not even Lord Shiva granted boon to Jayadritha to defeat Arjuna proves the fact that he was invincible warrior of Dwapara made by destiny .
