Jeremy's E350 is no ordinary van; it's his daily driver, shuttling kids to school, hauling groceries, and embarking on exciting desert trips. With its maneuverability and upgraded suspension, it handles tight spaces and rough terrain with ease. The independent front suspension provides a smooth and comfortable ride, making it an ideal choice for both daily use and outdoor adventures.
Join Jeremy as he walks you through the impressive modifications he's made to this van. From suspension upgrades, including King shocks and a steering stabilizer, to progressive leaf springs in the rear, this van is ready for anything. These improvements not only enhance off-road capabilities but also make everyday driving a pleasure.
Discover the practicality of this E350 with its seating for nine passengers and ample storage space, including a cleverly mounted spare tire. Jeremy's van is equipped to handle softball team duties, and he even shows off some handy interior accessories, like Molle panels for organization.
The video also highlights the van's striking exterior upgrades, from a low-profile pre-runner bumper to a carbon fiber grille and Advantage Optics HID headlights. With additional lighting and a fiberglass fender for extra clearance, this E350 looks as good as it performs.

😎I recommend being a Walmart customer and drop Target once-and-for-all. ✌️
I am on the same page! Just following my grocery list. Thanks
Yes Jeremy needs to shop at walmart..stop buying bud light at target and voting democrats...
I wrap my slider steps and front bumper for fluids check with skateboard grip tape. 🛹🛹🛹
I did that on my last van, it works really good.
Seeing this product on Chrome's E250 (Vancity Vanlife), it speaks for itself. Amazing.
Agreed! 😎✌️
Chrome is AWESOME and has way more fun with his van then I get to.
@@jeremysworld10 Yes he does. That van is well used and it sure speaks highly of your products.
I’d like to see a exhaust video better performance not but not to loud inside
GREAT Idea! this would be a good one! That just might be the next mod!
I have a 4.6 with a mustang muffler. It literally sounds like it. It's a custom long tube headers ,magnaflow resonator, true dual pipes , borla mufflers from an 04 mustang. It's a bit noisy and I just bought the borla s type create muffler
My favorite part has to be that sweet paint job!
This van started its life as a boring white van and the NARDO gray is awesome!
I really enjoyed this video format. It is a great way of showing how you really make us of your massive van!
Hey Jeremy sweet van how about a set of train air horns or even more power. thank you for the video
My kids would love that so much! I really need the ARB compressor first. Thanks
Which van do you prefer, the Econoline or the Chevy Express? I ask because it is getting increasingly difficult to find a clean, rust-free Econoline. This is especially true on the East Coast where I live. The Chevys by comparison are still being produced. Plus, I just like the look of the Econoline much better.
They are both great vans and have their pros and cons. My last daily driver was a chevy and I loved that van #valossus. You cant go wrong with either..... Maybe a future video... Thanks for the question and your support.
I live on the East Coast also, im driving an E350 cutaway 2012
I'm trying to buy something with less miles that's cleaner . Even looking down south is a giant task..
Super sick van! I would, but I cant drop 15k+ on everything. lol.
I get it... I started this van build in 2019 when it was white with just the 5" #bajagrocerygetter suspension. Just take small bites and before you know it.........
Get on the 18 step build program like Jeremy and before you know it this will be your van in a video!
Jeremy! Love all your videos! I can’t wait until I can bring my Chevy to you and make my own grocery getter!
Thank you for the love! We appreciate you supporting the channel!
Seeing this im 💯 percent Sold out ❤this is my Dream Van to Infinity
Beautiful E-350!!😍
Thank you for watching! glad you like my van.
4x4
NEVER.....Most people can do more then you would think with a 2wd van and save them 20k for other mods.
We love the 2wd over at WTD
Slowly building out my van and will be adding the Grocery Getter soon! Question though, that front seat is amazing. What is it/where can I get one? I need to replace my driver seat
Hey Jeremy! Your videos are very crisp. Your van sounds quiet inside when you drive. Is your van well insulated? Or did you have to do any insulation when you bought the van initially?
Hi Jeremy, will you have the same options on a Chevy/GMC platform that is on your Ford? I like the door hooks and would like to get the same for my GMC van doors.
We are always building new products and look to expand our offering. Guess YOU have to keep watching.... Thanks
You are why I like vans 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I have a ghostbuster box truck E450 v10 11.2 feets tall. I like upgrade the springs sbd suspension and steering shock
If you need a suspension upgrade we have a few to choose from, let us know how we can help.
@@WeldtecDesigns i am starting up a company in usa. I bought the truck 20 years old . Only 68k miles. I drove 11000 miles with it. The spring in the back not enough strong for the weight. I like also front power steering shock and maybe lift little a bit. Maybe 2 inches more. There is two air lift brand in the back to compensate the weak spring.
Maybe i want add E550 front brakes kit and we build towers in rural area abd urbannarea for internet service provider deployment . The truck as 56 feets tall pneumatic mast 400 pounds in the back
Next thing I would like to see is a " For sale sign " would be a buyer !
Great video and build! Exactly what I’m looking to do for mountain biking road trips and school drop off. Now I just need to find a van here in SD.
Thx dudes 🤙🏽
Hey Jeremy, I love your videos I have a 2005 E250 extended cargo van I plan on getting a lift kit do you guys install also?
Sounds great! Please take before and after pics so we can share it.
Yes we do also install all of our products.
I run cng on my 2013 e350. Costs 28 bucks to fill up. Costs me 63 dollars to drive it from san diego to fresno. Downside....not many stations offer cng so you have to plan ahead.
Interesting! Thanks for sharing !
Sick, I got me a 09 e350 Ext, so far I got the swivels (both) door claw from bling my rig led hi lo headlights & reverse lights, fixed the rust around windshield, fixed practically all the rotted door cams replaced with metal cams (how come they didn’t come stock with those) and that’s about it so far, oh and purchased a nice set of 4 trailer wheel simulators they look awesome (cheap too)
Love channel I just subbed 🤙
AWESOME
Thanks 🤗
I will want that rear view mirror for my class c and the bumpers
This is what I want!
How much would you estimate you’ve put into the van with those parts?
This build started in 2019 with just the lift and i have been slowly adding ever since. Being on a budget i spent about 5k a year for the last 4 years now. It can be a slow process but it is rewarding seeing it all come together. Let us know how we can help you start your dream build.
Lucky for us Jeremy has a van addiction that keeps lots of people working!
Didn’t see the seats for Econoline on your website
All that fancy lift, fiberglass fenders and sunburnt headlight assemblies?😂
Have you ever considered a 4x4 conversion?
Oh man, I thought it was in this video but it’s not, what are the front seats out of?
Put a V10 in it.
Would like to understand how you flat tow for sure. I was under the impression that you would need to disconnect the rear driveshaft to flat tow unless you have a transfer case to put in neutral…or do you?
Man I’d LOVE to build a camper just like this. I keep getting hung up on which van to start looking at; Chevy or Ford. One thing I keep running into is the I-beam core charge. What exactly is that?
In all WTD E-Series Kits we give you new modified Ibeams. We need your old stock Ibeams so we have a core charge but once your stock ibeams are retuned you get the full amount back . It's similar to when you buy a battery at the auto parts store. Those have a core charge and as soon as you return your old battery you get the full amount back it's the same with the ibeams. Hope this is helpful.
@@WeldtecDesigns ahhh got cha! Thanks guys! Keep up the killer work
Those Headlights are looking foggy, how about an upgrade to go with that great looking grill?
Are these last gen e-series vans any good? I'd love to have this or the Chevy express but I've just seen so many things about the Express being a pile of junk. But what defines junk, a problem every once in a while? I think I could live with that.. I don't really like any of the newer model vans as they all kinda look sprinter-y to me. These older looking more square body vans are the last of their kind in my opinion, and now the e-series is gone and maybe the express to follow... great vid!!
Since there is no spare tire under the van, are THERE ACCESSORIES THAT CAn GO THERE INSTEAD.
I would slip, get my foot caught in those sliders and break my leg.
YOu can always add steps to them if you need.
Can anyone tell me where this guy got his rear seats from?
Love that I stumbled across your channel and this video! I am looking at a clean 2009 E350 for purchase. I'm curious if you're happy with the reliability of this van mechanically? Wanting to do some tame overlanding with the van and I'm thinking a 2WD will fit the bill.
I love this van as it is my daily driver!
Should have called your company WeldTec Fabrications so you could be WTF. 🤣
I have the same van as yours but a 2012. Trying to decide whether to go 3" or 5". Also what size tires. 265/70-17 would be my first choice trying to avoid having to re-gear but not certain. I'd like to do an Ox Locker so might just re-gear anyway and then go with a slightly larger tire.
WTD sells the carbon fiber grills ?

How much the lift kit?
Is that the air conditioner dripping?
That is the AC dripping. Working Extra hard in that So Cal Summertime weather.
Great video! Just got a 2002 E-150. Have you come up with a list of what would be an order of upgrades you would recommend? Also, do you know anyone on the east coast that would work on these vans? (New Jersey)
No target
No bud light
No democrats
Us ford van owners unite😎🍺
How are you going to say you daily drive this 4 months ago and tell us the tires have been on it since 2019??? You dont have 4-5 years of daily driving on a set of all terrains and them still look that nice.
What front seats are those!?
weldtecdesigns.com/product/wtd-ford-e-series-class-c-rv-6-suspension-lift-kit-fox-shocks/
Looks like you upgrade the driver seat ? 💺 do you have a video review for the driver seat ??
I hope to be a customer soon 2018 GMC Savana Quugley. Shorty
