No talking, just walking. Exploring the English Countryside. A nice gentle walk around Burford Town. It is often referred to as the "Gateway to the Cotswolds" due to its location at the edge of the Cotswold Hills. The village features traditional stone cottages, a 15th-century parish church, and a picturesque high street lined with shops, galleries, cafes, and pubs. We start at the top of the hill, and work our way down through the Town, exploring small alleyways before reaching the rather flooded River Windrush at the bottom. A beautiful walk! Do enjoy :)

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to UA-cam. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.

Absolutely loved the walk. This is the first one I've watched. I will be watching many more. I found out about your channel from my father. He is over 90 and does not get out much at all. He tells me that he really watching your videos. He said he finds them very relaxing, and it reminds him of his many trips to England, and growing up in England during the war.

I've been following for a little while now. With the exception of a very few, I've enjoyed every tour. I could not have imagined that the UK is so beautiful and lush. I especially like the walks along the lakes and streams

another lovely walk.. and extraordinary trees in the churchyard. any idea what they are?
The big pink tree is a Cherry Blossom and is usually out in full pink bloom waaaay before all the other trees have even started to stir. I see it as the sign that spring has begun! I couldn't name any of the other trees though unfortunately.

Someday I hope to visit England - not the busy touristy spots , but the beautiful and serene places like these ❤️
Lol! Trust me; Burford is an extremely touristy place! As is the whole of the Cotswolds. Nevertheless, there are parts, even of this area, that are much quieter. Just get off the beaten track. Hint: if you Google a town or village name and there's a huge amount of content about it, avoid it.
At the very least, visit the touristy places before about 10am and after 5pm, before and after the endless buses of package tourists turn up.

I hope you are well! In my head, I would love to live in England. However, I have never been there. I really want to apprentice as a roof thatcher in England, but I'm not sure how likely it is the UK government would issue me a visa for an apprenticeship. Do you think it's worth making some calls and writing some emails?
