So what country (and in which time period) has the strongest "native" unit selection? Like, in second and third period it's Livonian and Teutonic Orders who have access to namesake knights. Kingdom of Antioch and Jerusalem have Templars - another incredible overall power. But every country I've mentioned lack strong units in each unit category. E.g.: Teutonic Order doesn't have strong defense and archer units, same with Jerusalem. Switzerland has access to Halberdiers, but every other unit is mediocre. So what country has the best overall strength?
you can buy many of uniq units by mercants traveling on yoru maps. janissaryies not good for me they should be strong on close combat but again they more like archers. the melee atack lower than many standarts units.
Yes, it is possible only if you were assigned to lead a crusade. In this case you might be lucky enough to have these knights randomly spawned as part of your squad. If you are even more lucky, you may get your hands on these elite warriors for free, should they actually survive throughout the crusade.
Im playing as Semigallia - One of Baltic Families...and was wondering why i cant get horses... only in Russian areas i can get one type! :D + Didnt know you need to be Vatholic... im Pagan! :D Anyways tnx for info. So i guess if u are Catholic - u can get the best army troops in the game?! At least in my opinion?!
Yes, there's a multiplayer mode in this game. I have been playing it with my friend, pretty entertaining and far more challenging than the single player mode. Especially in terms of espionage 😊
I hope the devs add more units in updates or at the very least some sort of expansion dlc. The base game is already amazing as it is, but certainly has a lot of room for new additions.
The game was really missing out on giving such info for unique units and their availability. Thanks alot for the unit locations!
By the way, Halberdiers are native to Burgundy in Late era (Dijon province)
thank you, this is a good informative video 👍
No Hospitallers? I guess they didn't want to overlap with Templars?

Roman Infantry, Varangian Guards, Pronoiars, Cataphracts are always unique to the Byzantines.

How to get Knights Templar later than 1360 AD? Is it possible through mercenary camps or something else?

@@Gronolo_31g It's really dated tbh. More like refreshed version, than the full sequel
@@Pigraider268 You're right, but I hope the devs expand the game. Even if it costs money.
There's Slavic cavalry and melee troops, I'm not sure the devs would go further than this
