Confidence confidence confidence !!!!!!! Dats the reason we sell the gold , in exchange for jewellery. A confident person can sell you ice when it's snowing .

22:20 been taught to collect a salary makes the most sense when I think about it. Why should I work to make your dream real if I can be let go at an instant and further development and growth be a myth 😂. Most people who work today aren't like our parents and that's a net positive thing

I don't not like the word "Black" defining people. I am totally not black, I am African...

6:30-7:30 finally someone says this. 1. SA Black Suburbia was ignored for a while in ads and as such all we thought of was the successful Black person going back to flex in the hood. 2. We never consider that we are literally 2-3 generations in these spaces and as such learning how to play the game would be a process. We just expected the first generation to get it from jump. 3. To some extent we are still pushing the old narrative of what we were and not recognizing the distance traveled

Whoever is editing and uploading these episodes needs to do a better job please. Firstly, this is part one of this conversation yet is was uploaded most recently. Secondly, the conversation of black success in film featuring Sir Maake kaNcube had no intro and left the viewer to catch up. Please do better.
