That choir singing made me a bit emotional. Really beautiful.
This was so cool! I loved the basilica. The choir made me miss my old college group. We were from Ohio, but traveled to Italy and sang at different basilicas around Rome.

Not to mention getting a feel of how it was like back in the day when the Abbey was new. Just so amazingly beautiful forest, Abbey and waterfalls. I have been to France multiple times. I have ancestral ties to Luxembourg and have seen much of the North. Paris of course, but for some reason always skirted Bourgogne on my to Côte d'Azur. I kick myself everytime I think about it. Guess I'll have to go back just for that.

OMG that House of God is just amazing. It's soooo old but beautiful. The acoustics and sound while they where singing would of given me chills also. You were taping on what would of been my mothers birthday. Maybe that's why I felt so : (

I've always liked France because it has a nice equilibrium of Natural beauty as well as ancient man made beauty. France has beautiful overseas territories as well.
USA of the other hand has an abundance of Natural beauty even overseas territories, but very few ancient man-man beauty.

@@miketalley505 I have travelled all around Canada, US and Mexico (and some European travel) and lived in several different areas of both Canada and the US and, not to say there is nothing to see, but compared with Europe it is boring.....my opinion
The west is unbelievable beautiful scenery, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, Yosemite, Redwood Trees, Grand Canyon, Drive from Vancouver up to Whistler/Blackcomb, Gods country, you can’t say the stuff is “ boring”
@@miketalley505 Agree regarding the West Coast. I lived in Vancouver BC for 10 years and made the trip to Whistler/Blackcomb many times as well as into the BC interior. That being said the drive down the US Pacific Coast Hwy was great too. I was talking more as to the history and not the natural wonders. A 100 yr old building in North America is "old".....in Europe at 100 yrs old they are just thinking it might be time to look at touching up the paint LOL
History in the East, especially the northeast is great, to learn about the start of the greatest country on the earth, Old Forge Pennsylvania, Boston Bunker Hill, Washington crossing Pennsylvania where Washington crossed the Delaware after mid night Xmas Eve, liberty Bell Philadelphia, then the Civil War, Gettysburg Pennsylvania, Lots OC Civil war parks in Virginia, Maryland, back the Washington, you have Mont Vernon, West Point, Naval Academy, rich history right there.
As i have commented to you before I have visited France many times we always visit churches and cathedrals, i have noticed in many of them where there are statues against the walls the heads are missing do you know why this is.
