I'm very glad you and your friend got away to the countryside. It gives you a chance to remove the stress acquired in a large city. Enjoy nature while you're young.
Beautiful video, always nice to get away from the city and into nature. I'm a water person so really enjoyed the kayaking part of the video. I think you were really lucky to have that lake to yourselves especially on a hot day. Ok, so now you need to go back in the winter to show us this beautiful place decorated with snow.
Thanks for sharing your trip with us Marie! I truly enjoyed seeing and learning more about France, especially as an American with some French ancestry. I wanted to say that you should give yourself credit for how good the quality of your content is. As a perfectionist, I’m never satisfied with the quality of the things I do. I constantly have to remind myself, everyone starts at the first step and gradually gets better over time and with practice. I have learned to recognize the progress I make and not focus too much on trying to be perfect. I wanted to say that this series of videos was very enjoyable and watching them was a pleasure. The minor things like the wind noise is part of the reality of filming in the open and not on a sound stage where everything is perfectly controlled. It’s part of what makes the videos true to life. At least that is this old guys opinion. Please give yourself the credit you have earned and keep striving to just be a little better next time, not perfect but better. You are doing a fantastic job and I think you are a special young lady with a stellar future ahead of you, whatever you choose to do. Thanks for sharing yourself with us.
Wonderful post, my privilege to see the beauty of your country, through the camera and the eyes of someone who lives there, that had not seen it before!
Thank you, Marie, for taking us with you on your trip. This would be a perfect trip for me too 👍. I enjoy your music reactions but videos like this are much more 'my cup of tea' ☺ 👍. From the UK 🇬🇧
A fantastic video dear.absolutely beautiful country side i was able to see a bit of France when i was in the Air Force in the late 1970's.and seeing you kayaking was cool.i've been doing it for about 20 years here in Michigan.thank you for sharing your journey it was a great video.stay healthy, safe and strong3❤👍❤😁❤👍😁😁❤
I was lucky enough to see the basilica many years ago.going inside simply took my breath away.it is one of my favorite memories from my time in Europe.thank you for reminding me of that wonderful time Marie😄😄😄😄👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤
This reminds me a little of living here in Colorado. I've always loved spending time outdoors, and now i know what I would like to see if I ever visit France!
Assez impressionnant de voir comment le projet a grandit, de voir comment tu prends à cœur tes projets Même l'évolution rapide des vidéos (longueurs, montage, naturels
Beautiful scenery, beautiful guide, great tour. Thanks for sharing your trip with us. I hope you get to travel as much as you would like to, and take us along of course.
Very beautiful. I am looking forward to m trip to France. It seems there are similarities to my province of British Columbia, Canada to France. Very nice tour.......thank you.....💖💖
Thank you very much for sharing your 4 day break away from home. For those of us finding it hard to get away, this trip of yours gives us something to look forward to when things are safer to travel. It's much easier for those people with a car, they have more control of their own safety. Public transport is too risky at the moment. I hope you share many many more videos of trips in France, and I look forward to the next one. I have a sister who lives in Rea - Sirach in the South of France, I have not been there yet, but I hope to go at some point. Thank you very much, take care and good luck with your move. David in Edinburgh 🏴 😄
Thank you for sharing views of the French countryside with me. I have always enjoyed the country. I am delighted for your enthusiasm for new experiences and that it brought you out of the cubicle setting the channel normally shows you in. Your show gives me a longing to free myself from responsibility to start life over just so I can experience things for the first time again. However, I am a responsible man, reliant on observing others and participating in their experiences by way of cites like you UA-cam channel. Thankk you.
This is a wonderful video. You've perfectly captured how spectacular the scenery is in that part of France. It certainly makes me want to come and experience it for myself. Sadly that's not possible at gthe moment.
Wow Marie, I’ve said it in your other posts... I seriously need to come and visit you. You know all the coolest places to hangout. Lol. I loved this trip. Thank you 🙏❤️❤️
I think ski resorts are pretty much the same world wide. Quaint villages, hiking and riding trails, and of course cable car rides to the top of the mountains. Where I live we have the villages of Big Bear City and Lake Arrowhead, which looks surprisingly much like where you are. Very pretty, but too bad you had such a short trip. I'm looking forward to your next adventure. I hope your nose was not too sunburned!✌️😎
Thank you for sharing the journey. You live in a beautiful country, never stop exploring it! I see you liked exploring by water. I've done some here in the States but by canoe with gear for 3-4 days travel. And I was surprised how easy it was to get lists of best canoe/kayak places in France.
You know that sunset was missing something until you step in front of it then it was perfect . And I like how you spoke in English and French. Its A little more you if may say. Your boyfriend is a lucky man.
Thanks for sharing your trip, Marie. It looks like you had a wonderful, relaxing, and refreshing time! I love little country inns like the one in which you stayed. I have a question. I noticed as you looked out over the countryside from the mountaintop that there seemed to little land that wasn't modified for agriculture, or other human uses. Is that just a reflection of where you were or is that characteristic of the French countryside? Where I live, in Idaho, and throughout the intermountain west of the United States, we are used to seeing vast tracts of wilderness with very little human influence. It is very easy to look out from a mountain top and see no evidence of humans. Are there places like that in France?
10:08 I was wondering the same thing. We have those in our country. They were either made by native peoples as a burial marker, because the dead can't be buried due to the snow on the mountain/frozen ground, or there are now people that do the same thing. Balancing rocks on a precipice.
Thank you for this video. I have never had any desire to visit France before except to visit the beaches of Normandy, but your video has opened my eyes and my mind and heart . God has blessed the people of France with a very beautiful country with many wonderful people. I would love to be able to experience your beautiful country, but I would like to by pass Paris though....... PS, I use to have a beautiful black Lab and beagle cross, who was also named Guinness. She owned my heart. I miss her every day
Beautiful countryside! Beau Paysage! Was that a ski resort where the cable car was? Canoe is pronounced kah-nu’ with the emphasis on the last syllable.
First off, France is beautiful, it reminds me a lot of home, in the Appalachians. Our mountains are higher I think, but otherwise similar. Have you given thought to making those mountains your home, if you don't mind me asking?
I should add, the mountains of home are completely wild. Bears, mountain lions, deer, elk, all the denizens of the wild reside there. There are no paths of wood, though yet again i am inspired by the French to add extra landscaping to our property.
Do it. You are a smart, highly capable young woman, driven, and adventurous. There is nothing in the world that can stop you from doing whatever makes you happy.
Thank you for sharing this with us, I really enjoyed this video. You should also speak more French but a little slower please 🤣 I now have another place I must visit in France - it looks so beautiful there
The cows have the perfect view, but do they care? Are they even aware of the beauty around them? They are spoiled. I love your travel vlogs, please keep them coming!
@DAVE ADAM I do, that for sure. Cam Cole sings Mama "mama, sweet mama nature, plz 4give us & what we've done. We've gone & hurt our mama, & her wrath has begun. Mama, sweet mama nature, you punish my brother's but, ya don't hurt me. Cos I'm a good boy to my mama, but I got bad siblings" All his songs are great. River is 300 yrds away from here so, I love on nature every day. Too bad others don't
"Our last breakfast" - "we" - Well Marie, I might have missed it, but have you introduced your "we" traveling companion? Everything in the United States is for sale - Consumerland for sure. All kinds of crap - cheap crap at outrageous prices. Made in China. Don't get me started.
@@FrenchTastic Hey, he's just a friend and traveling companion. He might be interchangeable or the one for many more. Isn't this a blog about your life? Even if your subs project an opinion about what that means, the only one that counts is you. :)
I went to France and experienced a lot of hate from French natives for being American..I will never go back. Italy, Austria, Switzerland and England were full of kind welcoming people.,France was a nightmare. Sorry, its the truth. ..but you seem very nice.
Thank you for taking us with you❤️🌎❤️
I'm very glad you and your friend got away to the countryside. It gives you a chance to remove the stress acquired in a large city. Enjoy nature while you're young.
Hello Marie, my goodness what a beautiful day . Thank you for showing us a part of your country. It looked fantastic and very pretty. 😃👍

There is so much more to France than Paris, like you said. What a beautiful country. Thanks for these awesome vlogs, Marie. 🇫🇷 👍

You go up a cable car into the mountain then you try and imagine skiing down it. Those stacked rocks are called Carin's
Magnifique 😍👍💞

Yes! It was like this! Very wild😊
So nice there i would never want to leave, as long as the sun was shining and i has a secluded place to swim au naturale then i,m a happy girl.

Really good
In the southern states in the U.S. You have to be very careful going into lakes. An Alligator might get you.
Очень красиво у вас. 😊👍

Ahh speak more French. Beautiful country side. Who would love the mountains in America. Specifically in winter. Hurry up and come too 🇺🇸 America. Lol
Stacked rocks are called "cairns", for directions in times before GPS and cell phones.

They care more than you think. All of nature groans for the Lord to make earth right again, showing that it does care. We haven't seen true beauty yet
