He referred to woman who are toxic, irresponsible, non traditional, out of touch with reality so cant make a family work (the fundamental unit of society) hence they are childless and end up with cats. It was never a comment on women who are childless due to medical reason or financial reason
@jamesdeen3079 Vance clearly suffers from foot in mouth. So, how it "hurts" may come around when Vance is wondering why he failed to connect with a lot of the voter base in November. If the Trump ticket is to be obtuse, rather than substantial, seems like they'll be stark differences between the campaign's making it easier for Americans to decide between a calm effective communicator in Harris (pending her VP pick), against the inane rhetoric of a Trump/Vance ticket.
