Re: 34:20 - I feel like this so much of the time. I try to remind myself that it’s easy to overestimate what you can do in one day, and easy to underestimate what you can achieve in a year. Looking at your channel you’ve amassed 131 videos (and a shit-tonne of subscribers) in the space of less than two years. That takes a huuuuge, consistent effort to do - focus on your long term goals and be proud!
Love, you should be proud of yourself! You left Berlin. You made it back. You’re alive. You’re getting up and breathing every day. That’s enough to be proud of. You are wonderful! It’s understandable that you feel bad, like you can’t do anything. It’s okay to be messy and to fail and to break and fall. What matters is your resilience, that you just keep going. You seem to be incredible with that. Don’t be so hard on yourself- you’re evening being hard on yourself ABOUT being hard on yourself. You said it yourself: it’s been a hell of a year. Give yourself some credit. It’s okay to complain. Express yourself no matter the emotion!!
Thanks for your honesty at the end, hearing someone else's troubles felt so real. Do what you need to do for yourself and don't give up. "Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Babe don't beat yourself up! I can get really inconsistent, messy and scatterbrained as well and I think I recognize what you are feeling.. Unsolicited advice/analysis: it might come from being overwhelmed after big changes, corona fatigue, cptsd (check out crappy childhood fairy on yt!), being a Highly Sensitive Person. What I mean to say is, it is very natural to feel this way and there are explanations and tools out there that don't require you to become "less xyz" and rather embrace these occurrence (or brain fog etc) as a natural response.💕 I hope you find a way to love and take care of yourself because you notice these effects. In a way that works for you. For what it's worth, I think you are a total rock star and deserve some well earned deep rest and relaxation. You are very much allowed to be messy, chaotic, off track, nervous/excited for uni. All the things!! All the best to you (and everyone else that recognizes themselves in feeling the same way) 💕
I love when you make scratching noises and brush near the camera or make noises with your hands behind the camera. they’re such simple but effective triggers. my favourite things that you do in your videos💜

Hey, dont beat yourself up too hard because of things that are caused by ADHD, It does take a little while to figure out how to manage properly, especially as an adult, but it does get easier
I’ve never tested for it. But I’m kind of afraid to. I don’t want to give the way I am a title or medicate for it, but at the same time it really gets in the way of life. It’s a conundrum 😭
@@MissManganese my entire life i knew something was wrong, short attention span, sensitive to certain sounds, very talkative, act before thinking, easy to start projects but hard to finish them etc. But me and my mother decided together at a early age that we would not get me tested for ADHD because having a "stamp" or like u say "title" would be problematic because teachers and classmates could act differently around you and if i got in a troublesome situation i could easily say "its cuz i got adhd". Last year i turned 20 and got tested. I have severe ADHD and i got medication. It hasnt changed me as a person but it has improved aspects like attentionspan, concentration, sleep issues etc. Those aspects help me to further work on myself if necessary. I recommend that you get tested but not for the reason that "youre not normal" because thats dumb. Do it because you want to. And if you dont want to, nobody is forcing you. I chose to get tested because i felt that its time i try to improve stuff in my life, for example studying which would require better attention and concentration. You dont need to be afraid about these adhd tests, its only you who determine what this "title" or "stamp" means. To me it means i am unique and amazing.
@@MissManganese I completely understand not wanting to be defined/labeled by something like that. I'm currently unmedicated but its nice (personally) to be able to say, "its not my fault I cant do *thing* right now" rather than just hating myself for being unable to do anything, same with things being 'painful' to do. I would recommend looking up other peoples experiences if you aren't looking to get tested for it. I grew up with ADHD but didn't know everything it could affect until I finished college, and that was only 2 years ago. ♥
@@MissManganese I came here to leave my own comment about ADHD before I saw this one, because ohhh gosh the last part of the video reminded me so much of myself when I was 18, before I'd realised I had ADHD. If you're struggling with it, please please don't let the fear of labelling it or medication get in the way of seeking help. Medication you don't have to worry about because if you don't want it, you don't have to medicate. Afaik medication is usually a last resort anyway, and if you don't want it then it will never come to that. As for labelling it, I understand, but at the risk of sounding harsh it doesn't really change anything - if you have ADHD, labelled or not, you have ADHD. It's just that with a diagnosis (or even a self diagnosis) you're free to seek help and resources and it'll let you understand your own brain better. Ultimately it's of course up to you, but I'm 22 now and since I realised I had ADHD things have really only gotten better for me, mental health wise. I no longer hate myself for being lazy or unmotivated or useless or whatever because now I know it's caused by the bullshit in my head, not a personal failing. I've been able to read up on ADHD and understand so much more about myself and come to peace with it. And ohhh the advice and tips I've taken on board from people with ADHD have truly changed my life. I don't even have an official diagnosis yet, but accepting it and reading more about it has done wonders for my quality of life and my relationship with myself. But again, it's up to you. The last thing I'd want to do is make you think you HAVE to get a diagnosis or anything, but if you're struggling it's not fair on you to just let it be. There's nothing to say you have to get an official diagnosis, either; a self diagnosis can be enough if that's what you'd be more comfortable with, just to understand yourself a little better, and the internet has so many good resources to help anyways (howtoADHD on youtube is wonderful, as is ADDitude and those two are the ones I prefer because they focus mainly on adult ADHD). If you wanted to look into it more, I'd recommend reading about the three different types of ADHD (predominantly inattentive, predominantly hyperactive, and combined type) and their diagnostic criteria. The NHS website has them all listed and the DSM-5 has them a lil more detailed. Okay. Sorry for the infodump hahaaaa (this is after deleting half of what I originally wrote oughghjfhk). But again! Totally up to you. You don't have to do anything at all. But please know there are options and resources out there that don't involve medication, nor an official diagnosis. None of what your brain's doing is your fault, and if you do want to get any sort of help, it's waiting for you
It's amazing that this girl doesn't have a script or even a minimally organized video, yet it all works perfectly. It's her chaotic vibe and strange out-of-nowhere ideas that make Miss Manganese ASMR unique and one of the best out there. The background atmosphere (place decoration) adds to the quality. Amazing! Oh, also, downloaded Idyoma because of her... it was good for the first half a hour and now I can't access chats without the app crashing :( (totally unrelated, but I'm feeling the Manga-vibe).
I literally LOVE YOU! You have such a sweet, genuine personality. And of course such a calming presence. Many of your videos have saved me on anxiety ridden nights! ❤️

First time I have watched your videos, there is something so beautifully familiar about you and your personality, that despite of the chaos your videos are oddly calming. Thank you
It took me until I was 21 to get a diagnosis of ADHD. I felt very similarly to what you have described here. While I did take medication for a bit, I eventually was able to get off of it. I learned a lot & am more capable of coping with my symptoms now. I'm sorry to hear you're struggling, I do hope that you find a way to soothe these issues (whatever the cause may be) in a way that suits you. 🤍
I love this soft chaos in your ASMR, the things and expressions with your mouth, the breathing, the hands movement, the lip smacking, this video gave me a lot of tingles, it is my favourite now ❤️
The body scratch was sooo good, like genuinely one of the best triggers I’ve ever heard. Please make a video themed around this I’m obsessed with it!!! It’s like the trigger I’ve been wanting but could never find!
While everyone else is doing cranial nerve exams you choose to do spit painting. I love these unique concepts for videos. You’re really one of a kind. :) (Edit: I’m not hating on those videos I like them too)
I’ve just recently discovered your channel and I am obsessed!! I rarely ever get tingles that cause me to feel completely relaxed, but your personal attention videos ARE SO SATISFYING!! You’re literally my number one and go to for asmr, thank u for the work u do!!
your videos are soo special like i havent found anyone who does asmr similar to yours, its just so random and so unpredictable which is exactly what i want!! never change your style of asmr

This is the first video of yours I have ever seen. And I am entranced. The experience is unlike anything I've seen before and I love your energy. Thanks 👍
Right before you started mixing the paint in 20:35, the gloves with that tin container thing and applying it to my face. Wow. The tingles are immaculate🤤
I was hoping for a new spit painting video, because I’ve watched your other one a million times. It’s such a weird trigger but I love it so much 😩🤷🏽♀️
4:31 the ASMR/internet antihero! Hahaha You are so genuine!!! And a total pioneer, always discovering new ways of doing ASMR but always on your own Style. I admire how creative you are and your videos make me feel like you were that crazy(in a good way) friend we all got. Much love and BEST wishes from Spain!
Ahem.. 8:37 .. those "rare" moments when we catch her contemplating the universe again. And the smooth sounds made from that matte black frame. It's a piece of CARDBOARD! omg Edit/ Sara, you're brilliant.
Hey, i'm sorry if this comes off rude, I dont mean it to be, just trying to help. Saying "Black matte" to describe a color actually wouldn't be incorrect, as "matte" is a a color-describing adjective. "Matte" is describing black, not the other way around. Again, just informing you of this in case you don't know and would've ended up making that mistake on something important in the future, dont mean to be rude. :)

@@Kingz____ she literally says, “I hate myself for the way that I am” 😢 A lot of people, including myself, make generalized negative statements about themselves. There is power in way that you speak about yourself, both negatively or positively. It’s perfectly fine to admit faults or where you need to improve, but it needs to be done in a constructive way. Blanket statements like “I’m bad” or “I never do anything right” only tear down your self esteem and hinder actual progress.

It’s actually true that spit painting has magical abilities (only haters say it’s fake)

I literally LOVE YOU! You have such a sweet, genuine personality. And of course such a calming presence. Many of your videos have saved me on anxiety ridden nights! ❤️
Nice video 👍successful people don't become victorious overnight. What most people see as a glance wealth, a great career purpose is the results of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone reading this will be successful in life.
Lots of people have become successful through the crypto market
@@calandraresseguie9030 Speaking of crypto trading, it's the best business in the world right now. Because I know a couple of friends who make a whole lot of money trading the financial market.
@@johndavid1838 NEVER LOSS?... I sincerely doubt when I see such things like 100% WIN strategy, Crypto trading is very technical, involves carefulness and great IQ... I wonder doing that with no losses or I will say only a professional trader/broker can do that.
Nowadays, there are lots of brokers and to find one, it most be online, retail, trusted and reliable. So please how can I find a professional broker to trade with?
@Michael Aiden Wow 😲 talking about Chris Sain, My first investment with him gave me a profit of €19,000 ever since then, he's been the best broker I have known.
I absolutely love that you're such a real person. Keeping snot bubbles in and the occasional burps. Always gets a smile out of me. There's so much YOU in your content and the breaking character to explain what's going on in your life. Strengthens the loving bond. You're my number 1.😊🥰
She's the most authentic personality in ASMR. Because of that, we trust her.
You're so wonderfully honest and beautiful,i love how vulnerable you are and i 100% believe everything you touch turns to gold, because judging from your videos you seem like a wonderful person
Love her videos cuz not even miss manganese herself knows what she's doing next
such chaos I love it
Well on behalf of the manganese viewers, we’re proud of you and thank you for everything. Sorry it feels like everything you touch falls apart, but through the internet you reach a lot of people, and in a non-weird way, you do touch us, and it helps a lot of people, with mental health, relaxation, franticness, etc. Just so you know, not everything you touch falls apart. Thank you ❣️🤘🏽🔊
First time I have watched your videos, there is something so beautifully familiar about you and your personality, that despite of the chaos your videos are oddly calming. Thank you
It took me until I was 21 to get a diagnosis of ADHD. 🤍
I love this soft chaos in your ASMR, the things and expressions with your mouth, the breathing, the hands movement, the lip smacking, this video gave me a lot of tingles, it is my favourite now ❤️
Thankyou 💛
I LOVE YOUR SPIT PAINTING, IT INSPIRED ME TO MAKE MY OWN. SO GLAD YOU MADE ANOTHER 🥺💗💗💗💗
The body scratch was sooo good, like genuinely one of the best triggers I’ve ever heard. Please make a video themed around this I’m obsessed with it!!! It’s like the trigger I’ve been wanting but could never find!
While everyone else is doing cranial nerve exams you choose to do spit painting. I love these unique concepts for videos. You’re really one of a kind. :)
(Edit: I’m not hating on those videos I like them too)
I’ve just recently discovered your channel and I am obsessed!! I rarely ever get tingles that cause me to feel completely relaxed, but your personal attention videos ARE SO SATISFYING!! You’re literally my number one and go to for asmr, thank u for the work u do!!
God if my parents/ anyone could see my search history 😂 hiding your asmr like it’s an addition (I love it though) xox
your videos are soo special like i havent found anyone who does asmr similar to yours, its just so random and so unpredictable which is exactly what i want!! never change your style of asmr
AMAZING!! So amazing I needed this you are a safe spot for many people just know that 💖
Your personality and the way you deliver the sounds, really emphasizes on the tingles!
You give me huge Maeve Whily energy I love it

I was about to sleep and you posting is literally the best thing ever!
I love everything you do, you are like a comteporary asmrartist free of thinking too much, you just go and make it. A real inspiration.

i absolutely love you ! i have been struggling with sleep for a while now, but i watch your videos and i’m simply out like a light. you’re amazing girly.
oml the "me then you" was super nice! knowing exactly where on my human face you were supposed to be brushing helped my brain, like, sympathize or whatever? idk i'm high but that's my favorite now thank you
I was looking for other ASMR spit painting videos for the last couple of days, and now you post this ❤
Still one of my favorite videos that I keep coming back to. It's so cozy and comforting to me 💜
Love this, as relaxing as it gets. Please know you really do help so many of us.
There is really nothing in this world that makes me happier than seeing a new video of yours on UA-cam, my happiness is you, you are a little angel.
I love these spit painting videos thank you, much love🤍
You’re always here for all the people watching your videos, but we’re all here for you too. May you find solace in your life 😊
i was watching the first spit painting video today for the 1000th time, and i was like “damn hopefully she drops a new one soon” and literally get this 2 hours later, manifested
This is the first video of yours I have ever seen. And I am entranced. The experience is unlike anything I've seen before and I love your energy.
Thanks 👍
You literally started this “genre” of ASMR🔥
Angelica does this a lot and has for a loooong time
This was a ride. Thank you for taking me along.
This was a very relaxing video! Love the variety. Hope you are well!
Thankyou :) you are sweet

they're probably a member and got to see the video early
They know about my time machine, oh no!
Right before you started mixing the paint in 20:35, the gloves with that tin container thing and applying it to my face. Wow. The tingles are immaculate🤤
I was hoping for a new spit painting video, because I’ve watched your other one a million times. It’s such a weird trigger but I love it so much 😩🤷🏽♀️
Sameeeeee
All of the body scratching from 28:25 (ESPECIALLY 28:50) was amazing!! I’d love a video based on body scratches 🥰
4:31 the ASMR/internet antihero! Hahaha You are so genuine!!! And a total pioneer, always discovering new ways of doing ASMR but always on your own Style. I admire how creative you are and your videos make me feel like you were that crazy(in a good way) friend we all got. Much love and BEST wishes from Spain!
your videos make me feel so safe and i love it bc it's so easy to relax.
Ahem.. 8:37 .. those "rare" moments when we catch her contemplating the universe again.
And the smooth sounds made from that matte black frame.
It's a piece of CARDBOARD! omg
Edit/ Sara, you're brilliant.

I put this video while I was working on some assignments. Then when I heard you sort of venting I had to stop what I was doing because I felt exactly the same way as you. It's so frustrating but remember it's okay to not okay. We're proud of you too. You're doing so well luv. Thank you for putting so much effort into this. Once it's time to go back to uni don't overwork yourself we wouldn't want you draining yourself out. Make sure to rest and take time out to treat yourself because you deserve it. Thank you again! We love you hun 🥰💫
Please don't be so hard on yourself. You've accomplished so much more than you realize.
Its not that she's being hard on herself its that her mind isn't letting her function the way she wish she could.
@@Kingz____ she literally says, “I hate myself for the way that I am” 😢
A lot of people, including myself, make generalized negative statements about themselves. There is power in way that you speak about yourself, both negatively or positively. It’s perfectly fine to admit faults or where you need to improve, but it needs to be done in a constructive way. Blanket statements like “I’m bad” or “I never do anything right” only tear down your self esteem and hinder actual progress.
My absolute fav asmr vid I watch it every night
Sara you're an empress of asmr.
You put out so many videos recently and this is 36 minutes. Good lord I get tingles just looking at your thumbnails!
I could watch your videos all day! So natural and so REAL!🥰❤️
Real talk tho, that outro sounds familiar. ADHD is tough! You should feel proud for uploading so consistently, I don’t know if I could do it ❤️
You give off such good energy i swear it’s just like safe, lovely, energy.
Haha I bet she thought "what did I just say" at 2:21 That Joke aside, I just wanted to say thank you for taking your time making these videos I really enjoy watching them. So out of the ordinary and new, great work once again. Best regards from Sweden.

:D
I haven't watched ASMR in months, school has been killing me and my god it's relaxing seeing your videos again. Keep up the interesting content.
Lol, after studying philosophy for 7 years I never thought I'd hear an asmrtist reading me a philosophy paper
I feel extremely comfortable and secure when I watch your videos. And I really enjoyed seeing you talking about your personal life and bad stuff your going through, your a really illuminated person, hope your better honey. 💗
My heart goes out to you. I’ve been struggling as well lately. Maybe it’s a Gemini thing? 🤔 I hope things improve for you soon! Thank you for another amazing video! 💜 You’ve helped me through many sleepless and anxiety ridden nights.
This is fiiiiiire, man. Scratch my brain with your nails.

I'm with you Sara but I don't know if that will hold up in court.
I’m so happy you made another spit paint video!! They’re my favorite and I love the longer videos you make!! You’re doing amazing!!💕
You are the embodiment of the Mad Hatter, and I feel a Roleplay/Cosplay of this would be the Crème De La Crème.
I just love it when you upload a new video while I'm watching your old ones 😄
Came back after the behind the scene video and I never saw the butt picture until that video
Sarah, with deepest love 💟😘 & affection- from one of your FIRST subscribers/ Fans with whom you were so gracious. I have been a faithful viewer since ( over a year!!!) The rings are such a lovely treat; your signature definitely 😁. I am the one who asked you specifically where you bought them and quickly you responded to me with details of the exact London based jewelry store. What a delightful time we all have tuning in to your creative videos. You allowed yourself to be exceptionally vulnerable at the very end of this one. I, especially appreciate you not editing out the conversation about having trouble with anxiety, perfection, and not being able to complete your tasks/ lists. More of us than you know....can identify!!!! That was VERY sweet to allow yourself to be so transparent with us💟💙🌹. You are beloved.
You are sooo so sweet
Yall are wretched for that "most replayed"!
The back scratch section gets me every time, pretty please more of that!!!
More important than "Why there's a butt on your wall", It's: "Whose butt is that"?
Yes! I was looking for this comment because someone else had to have noticed!
@@emilymazz5787 Right? I thought I would see lots of jokes in the comments because of that, but no xD. Nothing out of the ordinary I guess lol.
Your outro really spoke to me and what I'm going through. This year has been quite literally the qorst of my life. But I'm proud of myself for getting through it.
