The very wiki says, that BS&P allowed the using of weapons for non-humanoid characters. Thats why you can see Frisket rocketfiring at the virals nano after Enzo had fired with an inflatable boat, kind of a banter (17:05)
14:43 - even seeing this as a kid, this scene always confused the hell out of me. In the overhead shot at 14:51, Enzo and Frisket are clearly surrounded, with each viral Binome positioned at 90-degree angles (except for Herr Doktor). However, in the next shot at this angle - 15:01 - all four Binomes are *_behind_* Frisket, leaving one direction in the corridor wide open. Also, the shot at 14:56 is *_after_* the Binomes have fired their guns, but the Binome beside Herr Doktor is pointing his gun without the leash extending out.
Honestly, I think the Hanna-Barbera sound effects were actually _fitting_ for such a cartoony episode. I mean, they literally had a poop joke as the punchline, so why not?
