In addition, I go in depth on the current status of the portfolio (as we are fully in on the FFIE stock). I also talk about the US public education system as it relates to the uptick in high school graduation rates while SAT average scores have been going down. I finally got my MY25 G82! Absolutely mental. I'm coming from a 2016 Subaru Legacy with 270HP and a CVT tranny, so saying the M4 is night and day would still be an understatement. Time to knock out my 1200 :). Keep up the content so I can keep up my inspiration!

If you have a ton of cash saved up, I would recommend not buying the car in cash. Instead, invest the cash and lease the car!
Or, buy a property. I would never recommend buying cars in cash.
At the end of the day tho, do what makes you happy because you can’t take the money with you to the next life!

What do you recommend I was thinking buying a house propety or invest my money into bussniess that could make me passive income
I would highly recommend keeping it simple and investing into Ethereum and Nvidia through a free trading platform like Robinhood. Set up a repeat buy for whatever amount you are comfortable with, like $100 a week for example, and forget about it after that! Check back on the value of your portfolio after a year and you’ll be very pleasantly surprised!

Interaction is at an all time low. I live in the south and 10 years ago you couldn’t take a ride up the block without waving or stopping to talk to someone. And I’m a mailman it’s my job to be a friendly person and like to talk to people and I can’t even get people to wave at me when I’m in the truck 😂😂 it’s sad man

Yes absolutely, the CS software flash for suspension, steering, and differential! I’ll go with a custom MHD+ tune for the engine calibration!
If I didn’t already have xHP for the transmission I would do the transmission cs tune too!
