Hello sir nikko! Thank you for this informative video. For me, this is not to discourage but rather to inform and heads-up aspirants on the reality that they will be facing in japan.
I myself is one of those aspirants, luckily the agency clearly explained about the salary and deductions. Though I hesitated, when I learned about that, still I want to give it a try.😅
I have watched your video regarding TITP abolishment, is there any update on the new program that will be replacing TITP? Our batch will be flying to Japan in September still under TITP, electronics industry.

Thanks for sharing! And thank you for appreciating the video! 😁 As of now, there are not yet any major updates about the new program. Rest assured, I will make one once any huge updates come out. 😁👍

Keep on keeping on!

Please do consult with your country's Japanese embassy or your country's local foreign recruitment agencies. Each country will have a different set of requirements and qualifications. Thank you for commenting! 😁

    Hello sir.
Legit ba talaga na sahod ng TITP eh prehas lng ng SSW?
Nkaka stress yung Prometric tapos halos prehas lng pla. Sana pla nag titp nlng ako 😅 offer kac nla sa titp is 48k peso tpos sa ssw parang ganun lng din kac 15 ka lapad 😅😂

    • @NikkoVenture
      @NikkoVenture  3 місяці тому

Hi, Ma'am. On principle, SSW will have a more competitive salary rate compared to trainees.
But there are a lot of factors to consider as well.
These factors will affect your salary rate. Such factors may include but are not limited to the trainee/worker’s technical and language skills. Of course, even if you are SSW and your friend is TITP, if your friend excels in technical skills and 日本語 than you, expect to have a lower rate than your friend.
Even if you transition from TITP to SSW, but your technical and language skills remain the same, expect that your salary may also remain the same. Even if you’re now SSW.
Company rates - some companies offer a higher salary rate regardless if you’re TITP or SSW.
Some trainees are lucky enough to work in a company that has a better salary offer compared to others. So, even if you’re a TITP, but your company offers a huge rate, you’ll have a better salary than an SSW who works in a cheap company.
The bottom line is that becoming an SSW will not guarantee an immediate salary increase. As a worker, you also have to show that you are deserving for a better salary rate as an SSW.
Kindly remember that becoming an SSW is a privilege NOT a right. And becoming an SSW will not immediately give you a better rate. Even if you’re an SSW but your specific industrial skills are still comparable to a TITP trainee, please expect a trainee salary. 😊
There are still a lot of factors to consider, though.
Just remember, becoming an SSW will give you a huge chance to receive company bonuses and other benefits that a trainee may not receive. SSW will also allow you to work and live here in Japan with your family FOREVER. A trainee can NEVER do that.
Lastly, TITP will be abolished anytime soon. TITP will no longer exist in the near future. 😁 Thank you for commenting!
