Massive respect to the sound team for having a unique theme for each fight! I feel like they could have gone the easy route and made the first three all share a theme similar to M1's, but I'm so happy they didn't. This'll make Savage even more fun to prog :)

DT seems to be the expansion where the game acknowledges the Warrior of Light is actually very powerful even by the standards of superpowered people and they are leaning into that.
Fun Fact: Her small swing-around in the Intro cutscene is actually just the Astrologian Female Victory Stance without an actual AST weapon, with her turning her head around to the crowd instead of looking at where the weapon is supposed to be and she stops her animation before she reaches for the AST weapon, frozen on the arm pose. I had this nightmare that Savage never stopped the hearts mechanic, it was just on field from start to finish while dealing with other stuff. But that was just a dream, there’s no way that’s real….
I think you will die a lot more from the random stingers without telegraph. The camera will be your biggest enemy and cheaters with the camera in the moon will be the first to clear.
The worst part is that would be a thing they would do for savage because they know that heart mechanic is already complex, so it may be guaranteed at this point.

@@Kuzna22 Personally a big fan of summoning Ifrit second during her Show mechanics so that way I save Titan (and Ruin IV) for the danmaku section. Avoids the hassle of juggling any hard casts and not accidentally gapclosing to my potential death.
@@FrogofWarRS That is a good idea. Summoner may not have got anything too exciting this expansion but I do like how easy it is to play at times. Maybe I feel loyalty to the job since it was my first since a realm reborn. Hoping we get Ramuh, Shiva and Levi at some point.

Small detail I like about this fight: In the opening cutscene you can see her face drop into worry for a second when she looks at the player character, then she puts the smile back up. Small allusion (imo) that her whole thing is just putting up a facade for the crowd to fulfill some need for love that she craves. Sucks we don’t see her after this, I hope she shows up again later.

If there is 1 thing this Exanpsion did was make me really appreciate that I leveled MCH because I could not imagine myself doing this fight as a Melee or Caster
Summoner is practically a magical MCH. It only ha 3 long casts in a 2 minute rotation and you can just swift cast 2 of them..very mobile job.
@@Kuzna22 Personally a big fan of summoning Ifrit second during her Show mechanics so that way I save Titan (and Ruin IV) for the danmaku section. Avoids the hassle of juggling any hard casts and not accidentally gapclosing to my potential death.
@@FrogofWarRS That is a good idea. Summoner may not have got anything too exciting this expansion but I do like how easy it is to play at times. Maybe I feel loyalty to the job since it was my first since a realm reborn. Hoping we get Ramuh, Shiva and Levi at some point.
@@Kuzna22 I'm actually pretty okay with it not getting anything too radical beyond the SL changes (actually shakes up your rotation in meaningful ways and makes optimizing for it even more fight-dependent), but I do hope we get some fun tools that don't necessarily change the rotation but make it more exciting and interesting to do in the next xpac

Small detail I like about this fight:
In the opening cutscene you can see her face drop into worry for a second when she looks at the player character, then she puts the smile back up. Small allusion (imo) that her whole thing is just putting up a facade for the crowd to fulfill some need for love that she craves. Sucks we don’t see her after this, I hope she shows up again later.
