I have seen every single low elo legends video of the playlist and I enjoyed every single one of them. But this one is the best of all time. The trade cart, the crocodile , the elephants not finding the base in the corner. I was literally crying of laughter. Thank you T90. Thank you low elo legends
totally! this one had seriously comical moment and the way T90 calls the game makes it so much more entertaining. Thank t90 for continuing to bring us this amazing content!
The elephants not finding his base in the west corner was tragic. It may well have earned a resignation from blue. Not attacking the crocodile with the TC was odd, but maybe red didn’t know to do that. If it had been a blue unit, I think the TC would have auto-attacked it.
OMG!! This was truly a LEGENDARY game! I was at the edge of my seat, I didn't know who was gonna tap out first. whoa... like two MMA fighters in the last round, giving it their all.
This is legit THE BEST LEL I’ve seen and I’ve watched two thirds of the whole playlist. I had tears falling down my face from laughing. Amazing game! Fantastic commentary!
game of the century! so many epic moments 👀 A crocodile changing the course of the game. Thousands of Elephants is not what one don´t get see every day.
And this is why low level "esports" are so darn entertaining. The misplays, the bad choices, the forgotten units, the lack of upgrades, etc. all make for such a more.. dynamic and thrilling experience. It's not just RTSes, either - The FPS Whiff fights, where 2 people just keep missing each other why awkwardly staring at each other, the racing game matches where despite multiple players crashing headlong into a wall multiple times per lap it somehow still remains competitive, the smash matches where both players SD at least once at 0%, etc. etc. are all SO fun and entertaining to watch. You never know WHAT is going to happen, and that's what makes it so good.
In a best of 5 match ball game between Viper and Yo in a tournament - I can't recall which one - Yo's villager died to a wolf in the first minute of the game and he instantly resigned out of frustration, thereby exiting the tournament.
@@steveolotu52 I remember there was time (few years ago) when Viper was ahead of others and sentiment was that other pro players have chance only if they play their top form and maybe something non standart do catch Viper off guard, maybe Yo had that mentality at that time? Because usually Yo is really solid and consistent player.
This reminds me of when some of the girls over at Hololive played a game of AoE2 in teams of two 'it was a 2v2v2 i think' and the winner of that game was the girl named Fauna who basically stampeded the other two teams with Elephants and Archers. It was basically a Low Elo Legends game XD
looking forward to watching this game to find out if Ganesh will be happy and proud or not. i hear he is not very warlike but maybe he will enjoy some fake violence in the simulated part of the simulation
Wow, this game had everything! The swings back and forth were amazing. Well cast T90 and tx for your insites and tips with each situation. Gotta luv elo matches
Hey T90, pls just never stop doing this :D just around 5 minutes in and i already feel welcomed, relaxed, entertained and amused. The way you analyse Players based on their elo and Username, the stories you make up about the villagers doing stuff and your insights and knowledge to the game, just great overall. As weird as it may sound, your wargame commentary is somehow one of the most feel good and chillout stuff i can watch =)
this was an absolutely legendary lel match. the best i've ever seen. mad props to the players for not resigning even though it would've been easy for both of them to believe they were done for with the info they had.
Daniel Boone, walked through a mountain pass that no European had ever crossed and build a military encampment in native territory called Boonesborough.
That was an amazing game!!! I wished we could see elephantos stampede in high ranked games. T90, you’re such an amazing caster!!! You really make these games so much fun to watch
This is amazing, blue was actually employing the very same tactics as Fabius Maximus during the second punic wars when rome faced Hannibal. Refusing to engage and simply trapping his enemy behind roman lines.
I'd say go for it. Try and get them to add the feature to name specific units. Shouldn't be too hard to add semi-king like features too so it notifies you when those marked units are under attack as well and if they are inside a building/transport. They would show up on the top bar like kings would. Shouldn't be too complicated. They can easily just re-use the king tracking features for them. ;)
I've watched and enjoyed every LEL, but some are more memorable than others and this might just be one of the best of them. Felt like a campaign mission where the AI spawns a giant army and you just have to hold on by any means possible.
This should be "The Legend of Crispy Walter" because this match was pretty epic and both of these players are a Legend for making it turn out the way it did.
That's me, when the Protoss pretty much outplayed me, but I realise I made way too many Ultras and just go and right click the buildings and it kinda works even with Protoss air shooting them from above
I never thought I’d see a crocodile change the entire course of a battle that late into the game. Without that, Red might’ve completely came back with even more elephants with all the resources they had in the bank and with how slow blue was moving to finish them off. Wild lol
I have a passing interest in AoE2, I never got invested in it, I played it on my friends playstation 2 when I was 9 and got it on PC myself to play 2 skirmishes and never again, but because of this it holds such an incredible nostalgic value to me. I still have it on PC now and it's fun to dick around a bit but I have no idea how to play against a competent player. So the reason why I keep coming back to watch these videos is a mystery to me but you are so nice to listen to!! Also I felt really called out with the "low level players treat the game a but like sim city" cause it's so TRUE for me
T90 is spot on. I love the BIG TREES - so pretty! 🌳🌳 Am I crap at the game? Probably. But turning AoE2 into TRON is just WRONG. Trees please. WHAT A GAME! 😍👍 Outstanding. The Emperor would say "You BOTH shall live..." 💪💪 Thank you, T90. Another beauty of a game! 🌟 M 🦘🏏😎
Best and funniest LEL in a very, very long time. I couldn't believe Red had the wherewithal to make a run for it with his one single villager to the north, after missing so many other things during the first hour of the game. From that point on the hilarity was on another lever! I was wheezing from laughing so hard. Please, please check again on CrispyDuck to see if he plays this way all the time!
XD I cannot stress how hilarious it was when the FIRST WAVE of elephants came out. To fight ROME. Elephants. And T90 talking about how terrified you'd be? It was almost as good as the Second Punic Wars video by oversimplified. See, you might not know about the history. The Punic Wars were between Rome and Carthage, the Latin speaking Romans called them Punics, and that war is how and when Rome developed a navy and naval tradition, to beef with the single biggest merchant empire to exist at the time. Involved the single largest naval battle in history. Also, Rome lost twice as many fleets to storms as the sea wise carthoginians. It was ALL ABOUT I didn't hear no bell, Rome just out LASTED these guys, there was no right for them to win after losing three times the number of men and five times the number of boats. The second Punic Wars... The crossing of the alps. Hannibal Barka ran damn laps around Rome in their own backyard for something near ten years. He was defeated eventually. But damn did he lay WASTE to Rome before he died. There was maybe twenty elephants that made it over the mountains, and then it was largely the Germanic goths recruited in northern Italy who fought for Hannibal. Did T90 know he was making a video about the damn Punic Wars when he was ranting about how terrifying a charge of elephants would be?
T90's elo series reminds me of how much fun it was to just play a gentle green-grassed game (no snow was my first mod) in a cruel more dystopian war-game world in 1999 (I was deadeyexxx in COD2, and got good there for some reason...military family kid who loved small French villages - one of my chat moments went up to youtube apparently - I never saw it). I had no idea of aoe1/2 strategy (hated anything after) and played the game for years against a very forgiving ai... at least as long as I knew I should play an easier setting when tired or......just wanting to win and do my build on a new map until I got bored and moved to a new map. Had NO IDEA until t90official and other channels showed the joy of doing it fun another way - like, engaging the metrics with earnest. The game has always had those two poles for me - watching Viper or Hera or Lierry or insert name her fast dance with each other at unbelievable speed - OR - my search for a new map experience with no skill, getting that feeling "omg a new real world map I can build up my forces on" slow dances with low level ai. If I get good at a map, I might try it at a higher AI level. Or I might just try a different map for a different sort of novelty. WHAT A GAME! 💗
This was a huge treat to watch live. I was really on the edge of my seat towards the end when... SPOILERS . . . we thought the eles were gonna destroy the corner TC but Red didn't have vision so it looked like forest to him.
A side note on the market upgrades: back in the day, you were able to send resources even to your enemies. I'm not sure if it's still possible but to use the wording “when you send resources to an ally” is a stretch, it's just “when you send resources”. I think it's definitely still possible in the campaigns, I have no idea why they removed the option from other types of games. Like when you play online against the AI and there is a flaw in the scenario or the AI is just stupid (has a town center, zero villagers and 300 food, chooses to go for hand cart), you simply send the enemy AI 200 food and enjoy a nice game.

The single most fun I have had watching an AOE2 match, and commentary was also fantastic T90. I laughed so hard, thank you.

Unbelievable. That was the greatest Age of Empires 2 game I've ever watched. What's more dangerous - an elephant stampede, or a lone crocodile?
Never before has Loom been so important this late into a game
Truuuueee!
such a majestic fauna
What a game! That crocodile was something else 😅

This is my new favorite... He actually defeat the enemy. Amazing stuff. Truly EPICO.
What an insane game! and great casting. Enjoyed every minute of it
i was so stressed bc i thought blue was in fact going to quit, glad he didnt
This game had everything. I laughed. I cried. I sh1t my pants. 10/10
This is one of the wildest games I've ever seen. This is some fantastic LEL insanity.
That crocodile is the MVP.
Also props to Blue for not quitting after seeing the stampede.
To die with 12 k food and almost 4 k Gold must be the ultimate defeat. Poor red! Great commentary T90.😎
The title of the video alone has me excited to see this LELs
This series makes me feel better about my own ELO. Amazing game! Woohoo!!
That damn crocodile
WoW, this must have been so fun to play. A nailbiter for sure.
looking forward to watching this game to find out if Ganesh will be happy and proud or not.

52:30 like for the elephants fleeing from a single legionarie
Red somehow lost despite winning almost all battles, impressive stuff from both, epic fight that can happen only on low elo.
I have never seen an actual conquest victory before
This is absolutely one of the best LEL games I've ever seen. What a classic
that elephant dude reeeeeealy stressed me holy cow
This is one of the best LEL videos you've made T90. Had me at the edge of my seat.
This is peak age of empires. Pro tournaments are cool and all but this here is 1000 times more relatable for the common folks. GG to both!

One of the best Low Elo Legends of all time, an army of a hundred elephants but fate is truly only decided by a single wild crocodile.
This was awesome! So many crazy moments! Grats to those players, never giving up, and it was actually kinda close in the end.
Daniel Boone, walked through a mountain pass that no European had ever crossed and build a military encampment in native territory called Boonesborough.
So glad you showed this. It was truly great.
That was an amazing game!!! I wished we could see elephantos stampede in high ranked games.
T90, you’re such an amazing caster!!! You really make these games so much fun to watch
That was a long one, but one of the best LEL games we've seen in a long time. This one had it all and should go down as a classic.
Let's end with this: MORE low elo legends, please! These games are so perfect and your commentary and ironic sense of humour adds so much to it!
Hands down the best one of these I've seen. Thanks for doing these!
This video was perfect 👌

Blue probably wondering how to build more of those crocodile units - true MVP.
i can't believe this is a low elo game. I've seen so many LEL's and this one is absolutely one of the best ever.

Low elo is the one place in aoe where you can see someone be 1500 ahead in score and still throw the game. It’s genuinely awesome to watch
The elephant healing sermon towards the end was hilarious.

Now this is classic LEL. This is the good stuff.
It really is one of the BEST LEL game I have seen for a while
This might just be my favourite aoe2 game and cast ever.
If Alexander the great seized Persian area like this maybe history would have went differently. I feel like they were trying to re enact that.
What a game!!!
Truly an amazing game, my day is actually better because I watched that
Truly, this is an immortal game.
Forget the pros. These are the most entertaining games. There's one thing to see perfect play. There's another to see utter chaos and comedy.
Blue almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory but he did it
