You guys deserve to be a bigger channel...... I'm new to your content but I truly wish you the best. Enjoy your travels and keep up the good work!
Thank you so much! We really appreciate your support, we have plenty more videos on the way! 😁👍
Agreed, digging through travel youtube is 90% bot made videos and 10% annoying influencer vlogs. This channel is a gem for foodies, beer lovers, and casual travelers. Nice job Max and Sid!
I waited 20 minutes the first time I stopped at Friterie Tabora, and after having my first fry, I'd happily wait an hour. By the best fries I've had anywhere. I also went with the garlic aioli, which was amazing.
I spent 10 days in Belgium, and by far my favourite waffles are Leige, but one of the best spots to pick them up - the local train stations, and you're not paying the tourist prices.
The Dallas sauce actually comes from a cult Belgian film : Dikkenek
It was totally made up, but some company decided to create a new sauce based on that name 😉
Wow!! We had no idea the sauce had such an in-depth origin story!!
You're welcome here anytime friends ♥♥
Sorry for the rain, it's a habit to take hahahha
Thank you!! 🇧🇪❤️
Haha we managed 😂 next time we’ll come in the summer or earlier in the autumn!
Thank you for your beautiful report on our capital ❤
So glad you enjoyed it! We really loved our visit, we would love to come back for longer next time 😄
5:26 little side note, tripel karmeliet isnt a trappist beer.
I am sure you will visit Bruges and Ghent and probably Antwerp too, but a hidden gem I can recommend is Dinant, the birthplace of the Saxophone. It is in the Wallonia region. Also, try and squeeze in a day at Luxembourg, world's richest country. 😊
We will definitely add Dinant to our list! There is so much more of Belgium we want to see!

How would you describe the samurai sauce? I take it that Max's waffle was the favorite based on Sidney's comments lol. Did Sidney tell you that her French teacher lived in a castle in Belgium?! Thanks for sharing!
The samurai sauce is a mixture of ketchup and mayo with a decent amount of spice! The Líege waffle was definitely the best 😂 Sidney did mention that about her French teacher! How crazy is that?? 😂
Waffle toppings are a tourist scam. A Liège waffle is always eaten without any topping, while a Brussels waffle is eaten with powdered sugar and/or whipped cream.
trippel karmeliet isn't a trappist beer !!!!!
Tripel Karmeliet isn't trap beer, not even abbay. It's a "simple" Triple beer. But good choice anyway XD
Ahh really?? We thought it was!! Either way very tasty 😋 thanks for watching!
PSA: Belgians generally don't have a waffle habit at all. It's actually just a tourist thing. I'm Belgian, 38 years old. I don't know anyone who regularly eats "Belgian waffles". It's not something we have in our cooking or eating repertoire.
That’s definitely what we’ve heard! What a genius tourist scheme, they are so delicious 😂
Praying for a Gent video
Ghent looks absolutely beautiful 😍
How many days did you stay in Brussels? and did you feel that's the right amount of time to spend there? I'm planning on only an overnight there coming from London headed to Germany.
We were there for a while, but mainly because it was a good base for day trips to other places. It is a decently large city, but you could definitely see all of the major attractions in a day. And have a fantastic meal!
Then you didn't see them all my friend! I would suggest 2 full days! There is more to see than the city center! Don't hesitate to shout out for some tips from a local! I'll gladly send you a schedule catered to your needs!
Belgium it is one of my favortie country in europe for food ! I want to come back i miss belgium😢😢😢
Damn, haven't you been in ... France, Spain, Italy, Greece,... Belgium has mediocre food AT BEST. I'm Belgian.
