Everyone is so weirded out by Matty being calm, but I actually adore this kinda Matty content. Love seeing him actually be a chef and not the ridiculous entertainer. Seeing him being calm, composed, and showing his culinary chops is incredibly wholesome.
Ummm I guess it depends on who the chef is. I've definitely worked with chefs that are as crazy as Matty usually is, and they're definitely better then some of the "normal" chefs I've worked with. I don't know which is the real Matty, but crazy doesn't mean someone isn't a great chef.
