Some of the most popular youtube creators doing stuff about Keto are fitness models walking through supermarkets trying to find something to eat and come away with a special brand of greek yogurt and $15.00 unsweetened chocolate bar, what world do these people live in.

do what i did last week, braise a pork roast in some beer, shred some of it for tacos and bbq sandwiches, use the rest for whatever.
