The only thing I would add to your securement on the trucks is a 4x4 blocking the rear wheels on the truck at the end of the trailer and a 4x4 blocking the front wheels on the truck in the front. I’m not trying to be a jerk, but am just trying to offer a safety pointer. I can tell that you care and really love your job. Keep on keeping on 👍🏻.
awesome i have done this load 3-4 times so far now from houston back to canada .... 1 time to alberta... its not heavy with same setup.... love doing this load....
Randee you look like you play football on the weekends when you go home...i been watching your videos man you got great content keep them coming thumbs up 🤙🏽✊🏽💪🏽
You are looking good at all your tie downs being chain or straps, can't never be to careful, jam up job .. Now one load I did about 20 years ago i took a flat bed load of chickens to New york from a Purdue farm in Georgia with no side boards or tarps but the only way I was able to do that was I stapled the only rooster by his toes to the center of bed of the trailer and never lost a hen at all, was the wildest load I ever took any where........lot's of fun though....... lol
When being loaded or unloading by forklifts. Never stand on the opposite site of the forklift. The industry has lost many driver in this danger zone. Your best area to stand is on the sides of forklift on the same side it's being loaded or unloading.
Randee if you want to make life a little easier , when hauling trucks or cars go to autohaulersupply and pick up some cluster chains , and you can make use of all the holes in the frame of the vehicles , I used to haul cars and trucks , good videos , Keep on Truckin !
Ejoyed. You are getting a very wide range of loads. Those hooks for vehicles that tow truck use are called cluster hooks. They fit nicely on hook points of the frame.
Why do you not make your straps straight don't let them twisted!! Your the only person I've seen do that any other truck driver with knowledge would know not to let them twisted. Yes I have ran flat bed and I still do and I also know lots of people who do and non of them let there straps twisted.

Hammond, Indiana is my hometown!!
+erik siple cool..I was in n out with all that traffic
Hell yeah man. The traffic is horrible. I stay off of 80/94 exit 3. U make awesome videos! My dad was a steel hauler out of Gary when I was a kid!
Running those 5 foot pipes in the summer... Just hope you don't hit some high winds.
I just hook the binder to the rail on one end, then just spin the handle with my hand, much easier on the fore arms
+Zane Clossey ok I'll try that next time

What's the difference between step deck and regular flatbed? I know the step but....as far as loads wise....
I see you have my old tl
I’m trying to buy a drop deck to load more or less the same things you load, what kind of specs should I look for?
53’ trailer
Sliding axle
It’s more personal preference of what u like from ones u see out there and what there hauling
Where you need so much ramps? I would think pair from ground to lover deck and pair from lover deck to upper, but to why third pair?
+SFtruckerWolf u need 4 for ground n 2 for upper deck..can't just use two going straight to the ground if u understand..look at my next video n see

why is the video going soo fast??
Why didn't you just use straps or it's that load heavy then 10k a piece
What are the specs on your trailer? I’ve been thinking about transitioning from flat to step.
Wat kind of GPS do u use in ur truck
hey man haven't seeing any videos man are you doing all right?
+Dustin Willis yeah just a lot going on but I’ll get something together soon
yeaahh nice cam
Trying to get into step deck any advice
+DDP be cautious where u place loads weights sit differently then Flatbed
Get some vechile hooks that tow trucks use to secure cars looks like a T that's bent over
+S Tilley ok I'll look for some
Hey I like kind work u doing will u train me?
+mohamed mow I don't train anymore

+Jake Moose personal preference I guess n it stops the vibrating in the wind so it doesn't damage my loads
Randee has a point lol Why wouldn't you twist your straps.
Jake Moose a twist in the strap also helps keep the tension on the load better.
