For those who find it difficult to extract information from laid back conversations, this is a structured summary: - Godliness in women looks differently than godliness in men. Women usually help by merciful caring. Men usually help by intolerance towards evil. - How to develop our masculinity? 1. Self consciously study, read and lean towards most of what is taught at church by example, precept and sermons. 2. We learn by imitating. Look out for a man you respect enough to be around and learn from him. 3. Read biographies of men who conquered cities, climbed mountains, went out exploring, etc. Read them looking for elements in their extraordinary life that you can replicate in your ordinary life. - What is masculinity? "The glad assumption of sacrificial responsibility". - You can be a good man even if you shiver at doing some right things (like Moses did multiple times). You don't necessarily have to be courageous (like David) all the time. As long as you do what's right in the end, you'll be fine.
Thanks for the summary, but I cannot help to think that if you replace men with women in the above summary (and obvious male dominated exploits with obvious female ones), then it would equally apply to femininity. "Godliness in women looks differently than godliness in men. Women usually help by merciful caring. Men usually help by intolerance towards evil." Hmmm, the history of the Christian church has examples of with for both men and women. "What is masculinity "The glad assumption of sacrificial responsibility"." Hmmm, I see a lot of believers both males and females doing this both now and in the history of the church.
This definition of masculinity is terrible - it also applies to women who sacrifice themselves as well. So why do you think Godliness looks different in girls and boys? Allow that some girls may also have an adventurous side (some may be "wild at heart" and that's okay). I know a few adrenaline junkies who are ER doctors or in the military doing what they were born to do. I also know plenty of women who are not strong in "mercy" but rather pretty mighty on "justice". We undermine the complexity of human life when we create simplistic dividing lines by gender.
The end with Moses being a bit more uncertain and self-doubtful but still being obedient and of full use for God’s leading of His people. That gives me great confidence even when I see all the ways I am unqualified, yet called.
I'm 37 and just now trying to learn what it means to be a man and if it's still possible for me to become one. I am not alone in this. It seems like the church favors feminine qualities over the masculine ones, which in turn has confused and emasculated a tone of men in the process. God help me. God help us all.
Amen brother. WOMEN say they want the sensitive guy and trap us into letting our guards down and then you end up being called "weak" and tossed to the curb :P NEVER let your guard down and focus on Christ over Kristy lol
This is absolutely true. One thing that the church forgot is that the Bible teaches us not just about God and what he's done but about how we should be in all aspects of our lives here. It is time to do what we can to dig ourselves out of this pit. One shovel at a time.

If "Masculinity is the glad assumption of sacrificial responsibility," then how would you define femininity? Your definition of Masculinity rings true to me on a gut level, and could on it's face explain why Jordan Peterson's message of "Take personal responsibility for improving the world by getting your act together and finding the heaviest thing you can lift and carrying it up hill towards the City of God." draws a 75% male audience, but upon reflection (or over thinking?) I'm not at all sure how gladly assuming sacrificial responsibility is not exactly what mothers and wives are called to do caring for their families. Granted the Apostles Peter and Paul make it abundantly clear that the Man is to be the Head and thus bear more authority and responsibility under God than the wife, but looking at Proverbs 31 the husband clearly delegates substantial authority over and responsibility for the home and children to the wife, and she gladly meets those responsibilities through sacrificial giving of her time and labor. I hate the farce of "egalitarianism" in the Church today so I would love it if one sentence definitions of masculinity or femininity could very clearly delineate the difference in quintessence between the two, but I'm not sure the above is it. Can you help me here?
@@davidsteinart it is never contemplated. When people talk about Masculinity, they only ever talk about the serving part. Never the part where women submit. Never the part where men rule over women. They don’t like that part. The truth is, we live in a gynocentric society. The authority that God bestowed onto men offends peoples egalitarian sensibilities.
Godly masculinity is the difference between a Pitbull and a German Shepherd. False masculinity is aggressive, full of angst with a lack of direction, mission, and purpose. A godly man will never allow the flock to be tread upon, and will shepherd the flock towards maturity.
My midlife prices for myself in this area is ask God help me have the characteristics of a man that are godly, ask God for friends who are masculine, and study Proverbs for the verses relating to strong men trying to practice those.
Another great job by Doug Wilson....also, as a former soldier LEO, I can tell you that if have to wrestle with inner demons before running to gunfire, the action will all be over when you get there. If you’re a man, you need to be thinking serious thoughts so you are ready to act when needed.
Not just men - the scriptures call men and women to maturity, to be sober minded, ready to act in season and out of season. Whatever our hand finds to do, to it unto the Lord.
While overall I agree, there are a lot of different kinds of ways masculinity can present its self, even when growing. Both the quiet and orderly and the rowdy rambunctious type need to be recognized and understood. Masclinity is about construction, providence, protection, and production, even if its quiet or violent.
Becoming handicapped or crippled has really made me question what it is to be a man... My body isn't reliable anymore, I can't defend myself nor others as I used to...
I’m 19 (I will be 20 in August of this year), and I want to be married at some point, but I’m totally blind, and not totally confident in the technology, and I think it might be a of the unknown and I’m getting frustrated and trying to learn. It’s just easier. how am I supposed to be a masculine man and when I don’t know how to do everything that most cited men can do? Would I have to become a follower in a marriage, or at least equal to a potential wife? This is an angle I think more people should consider. So many people (and so many men) don’t fall into the norm.
I really deal with the content of this video and I have noticed these things more and more recently. I'm 21 and feel like that man who now has to try and cultivate really manliness, especially in my life before it's too late to find a good God fearing wife in good time (If that's something God has as an option in my future.)
@Ryan Clement this is something I struggled with for a long time, in and outside of the Church there are ideas that are tossed around quite often. Over time, I found that being a man isn't really something to "attain" but to first see and recognize that we have the ability to become. This becoming is not about what we have or not have, i.e. spouse or a job. Yet taking our God-given human nature qualities and using them to better the world around us through him. Part of that experience is how they show in the masculine and feminine ways God is bestowed upon us.
@Richard Fox Why do you say this is twaddle? Masculinity is crucial in society. It can make or break a country, community or family. It is the way the Lord designed us.
@Richard Fox It's interesting you mentioned men's hair length and oppressive statements toward women. Those things are cultural. Pray for discernment and you will learn. I'll be praying for you. Have a great and blessed weekend.
@Richard Fox You have to recognize the audience and context. Who was Paul writing to and what were the problems he was addressing. There you will find your answer. What was the secret to Samson's strength? He surely wasn't effeminate! Long hair wasn't an issue for men in that culture.
The story of Gideon in Judges chapter 6 is the best example of a fearful man who was obedient to God and God did great things. Here is a man who was hiding getting his food and God calls him a man of valor. The first thing God sent them to do was to take care of his home. In the battle God told him to stand his ground. Any men of valor reading this, go tear down the idols in your home before taking on the world! And when you take a drink of water, be aware of your surroundings. Now go read Judges 6
@@TheB1nary It's definitely a part of it if he includes it in his trailers. Seems like Doug has bought into the alcohol and tobacco industry's marketing campaign hook, line and sinker! I mean really, what kind of a message do you think that sends to young boys and girls that are watching?

Good masculine and feminine traits are on a scale. Men and women have both in varying degrees. Standing against evil, helping others, protecting, nurturing etc. It's not so black and white since there are several types of individuals that God created. One may be a doctor, another a teacher, another a soldier, another a repairman. It's hard to define something when you don't acknowledge it's complexities. The servant leadership thing gets warped into a doormat thing just like the role of homemaker. (God through Jesus is the human manifestation of a servant leader and he could end all of us for eternity if he really wanted to so it's not weakness.) Doing anything solely for mans approval will get you into trouble. You have to have a value system driving your behavior. God first. I believe masculinity is the spirit men were given and it manifests differently in each individual when he stays true to it.
Nope. Masculinity is an objective set of personality traits that men should possess. It does not “manifest differently”. Masculinity is not vague or abstract. It’s obvious and predictable.
Finally, Christianity sets attention back on masculinity. Left the church a long time ago, hated it and still feel a bitter taste in my mouth because of how pathetic it is. This gives a lot of hope.

Also sprach Pope Wilson… Wilson, wise in so many ways, yet defying the boundaries of legitimate Christian thought and behavior in many others with his version of Wilsonism. In this episode, though correct in defining the need for men to be true men, has turned the sermon on the mount into the rantings of a girlie man. Jesus and the apostles desperately could have used some advice from Pope Wilson as to how to be a "real" man.

I'm disappointed, though not surprised, that no scriptural references were made in this discussion. When you ask a pastor, "what is it to be a man?", and he replies, "read books about people who conquered cities," something is wrong.
@Richard Fox That’s coming from you shit for brains. You’re projecting that all through this comments thread with your “nonsense” replies like a man sowing tares among the wheat. Every comment you’ve made airs the arrogance of a post modern doctrinaire. You have no place in this forum.

You have provided no argument but only scoffed at the ideas of others in every other comment you’ve made under this video. Hence until you present an actual argument ad hominem is all your comments deserve. (“Typical man...” What a deranged and arrogant pejorative coming from you, “sir”.)
@Richard Fox I just think you need to pray more dude. I don’t even get why you’re firing from the hip at me when I made simple correlation. Idk what has you so wound up but I pray you resolve it.
@Richard Fox I mean the same can be said about those view points as well man, I get what you’re saying; Christians and Red pill guys more than often use there beliefs to be cruddy people. In reality though you can glean knowledge from everything, so I would implore you to not be so fixed minded. That puts you and be people with different opinions at odds. So if you really wish for people to not be so bad; look first in the mirror. “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone” We’re all imperfect and just trying to figure things out. I have my poor qualities and so do you.
Somebody tell me if they're dealing with the same thing. I literally feel like I don't have the room to be a man. It's as though I'm a grasshopper frozen in an ice tray when it comes to being masculine.
As a mother of two sons. I can attest to this. The best thing mothers can do for their sons. Is to make room for destructive behavior. When they Display aggression I don’t tell them to stop I tell them where and when they are allowed to do it. If it’s physical usually I’ll throw them outside. And I allow them to box each other, Play with fire, take things apart, use tools, climb trees etc. they play contact sports as well. In regards to verbal aggression. I also make room. I don’t tell them not to argue, but rather I teach them the rules of a good debate. And when they crudely insult each other in a spirit of fun. I understand that this is a unique feature of brotherly love. Of course there are times when their father or I need to correct them. But this is fairly rare because They are perfectly capable of behaving indoors and when they need to. Another important thing to note for mothers of boys is that it’s important they learn to interact with women and girls differently. They don’t physically wrestle me in any way. They speak to me with respect even when they disagree. And they treat their little sister similarly. She enjoys some rough play with them but it’s to her comfort level. And although they do tease her it’s much gentler and another dynamic entirely.
Doug lives as far away from America as anyone can get. But if you're not willing to fill-up and drive there to argue with him, you probably have nothing to say anyhow. I visit my son in Twin Falls often. I plan to go the "extra mile" next trip.
Hey Brethren, Grace, Peace, n LOVE in The HOLY KING, YHWH YESHUA. i really appreciate what y'all do. i feel like everyone should look at both sides of the road, being careful not to fall on the ditch on either side. How might you advise the man who runs straight towards the gun fire, right away?
Neville Goddard teaching from experience will wake you up when you came down and called man, the death on this planet repeats for teaching you never dies except in man, you a original sons of god never dies, its a play and no ones lost.
Masculinty must include a humble spirit, gentleness, a pure heart, mercy, seeking righteousness, peacemaking and acknowledging your sin. These things must be present, even in the face of hostility and ill treatment. I'm not sure this message jibes with this video. It sounds like someone trying to justify questionable behavior.
Those things are all godly qualities, but not specifically masculine qualities. Good women can and should have those qualities. Good men should be those things, but unlike women good men must also be leaders with drive and energy. Good men must be meek in the sense that they bear great power but use it will wise self-control. Good men must be willing and able to live out their headship over women which God has ordained to them with wisdom and charity.
The part about serving women in a doormat way is not liked by women because it seems disingenuous. If a man is willing to be a doormat for a woman he will be a doormat on behalf of his family, community and everything else. Self respect is interpersonal respect. Loving yourself is loving others basically. Although a legitimately bad woman will take advantage.
The opening question is over the top, sorry. Don’t act like the boys who are polite and kind and following are somehow not what God wants from them. That is not sinful. The historic church has always prayed to live quiet godly lives. Not everyone is a leader of men and we shouldn’t put more on people than God is calling us to do.
Just like the disciples weren't all the same. There may be a slight distortion between being masculine and the notion of different personalities. Paul appeared weak in person, for instance, as opposed to John and Peter who were probably visibly strong, physically dominant, and personally domineering.
With respect, i think that in order for these ideas to be conveyed to men who are out of touch with what it means to be a man, you have to say it in some kind of a stirring way. You have to give contrast and ruffle some feathers. I agree that there are good men who are quiet and godly, but I think those men must still know the characteristics godly masculinity well.
Yeah, that can be the hard part depending on how you grew up. Thankfully God knows that -- so we can start by looking in a good Bible-believing church. And you can also imitate through writing (as Paul encourages us!). Pretty sure he'd include video as well.
I'm not sure I agree with your concept of masculinity. Who was the perfect man? and what was he masculinity like, how did he respond to women, children, other men, and the establishment. He stood out in every area of his cultures concept. He was a compassionate, assertive, leader, antagonist, servant.
Thank you for your time, some of us moved to much to look up to any man. Let alone church, I think you're a man if you "show yourself approved". Read search and study His words. Jesus is the only Father I've ever seen, and I'm 41
Samson/David vs. Moses ... you might want to also consider the false masculinity of Saul -- tall and Israel's epitome of a man's man -- who took it on himself to defy Samuel by sparing the Amalekite cattle "for sacrifice to the Lord" and his insecurity over David's popularity.
Moses was described as meek…book of james says that wisdom is both gained and express meekly, ch 3 about teachers says they express their wisdom meekly…idk, the whole kingdom of God is more power under then power over mentality…real masculinitly: tough Definitly but tender/compassion also. Leadership in the church is not being an angry bully like military but a servant like mentality that takes responsibilty for those under him…matt 20:25
I don't fully agree with masculinity = the glad assumption of sacrificial responsibility. It doesn't seem to capture the entirety of God's command to Adam to rule the earth and subdue it. It also lacks clarity regarding who the man is responsible to, which is a critical flaw in today's idolatrous world.
All that, and read quality books. Having a strong and able body and cultivating a strong mind is more critical now than it has been in centuries. As the quote popularly but incorrectly attributed to the Ancient Greek historian Thucydides goes: "A nation that makes a great distinction between its scholars and its warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting done by fools." The nonfiction literature of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn is a good place to start, beginning with the Gulag Archipelago unabridged. From Under the Rubble by the same author is a good follow up. Reading the biographies of great military men, successful generals and other national heroes, the Founding Fathers of the nation and a few Enlightenment classics by the likes of Francis Bacon, Montiesque, and later thinkers like Kierkegaard. When the time comes the follower of Christ will need to be as skilled and agile of thought as with the body. As for learning to fight, definitely. Learning a striking art and a grappling art is a bare minimum for a man to be able to protect himself and his loved ones. Boxing, Muay Thai, Freestyle Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are among the highest value fighting styles out there. Krav Maga, Sambo, MMA and Judo are all equally good in the right context.
Interesting topic. Stop using words like "inner demons". With a Christ governed thought process we shouldn't give utterance to thing like that in such a passive way.
If this topic is really important to this channel, I'd encourage them to NOT do these philosophical drive-bys. They are really not helpful because of their brevity. Doug has a tendency towards metaphor which leads him off into tangents and initial lack of specificity. I almost dismissed this video just because of the title and the little graphic; however, I decided I'd give it a listen. I'm glad I did, but in the final analysis, more content and structure needs to be provided for it to be helpful. Fortunately, a reviewer (Vinicius Albuquerque) provided an overview which was helpful; however, having a more fully developed discussion in the first place would have been best. Just saying ...
It does seem that it's being said that the fruit of the Spirit is for girls... church discipline and arguing doctrine... and smoking and camping... that's manhood. Um no. This is "be wordly... but concerning church stuff and your family". No... the fruit of the Spirit is for men too... and boys.
More like they’re being judged solely off the fruits and not the other calls to be honorable, fight for goodness, protector actions that women aren’t inclined to biologically as boys where as the fruit of the spirit comes easier to a nurturing gender. He explains this pretty reasonably.
@@ChrisTisking12256 it doesn't matter if he explains it reasonably. The fruit of the spirit is for girls isn't biblical. One must remember that Paul's admonitions to reflect the Christians virtues is mostly a call to MEN. Unless he's specifically saying "women do x" it's for men, because men were expected to internalize these lessons and teach their families (boys and girls and wife). Yes it comes easier to girls. Sin comes easier than not sinning too, coming easier doesn't make it any less important for men.

I still don't think the biographies bit is good advice, it sounds cliché and something straight out of almost any other channel presuming to help men. For most of antiquity ambition and self-serving actions were seen as gross, base, and distasteful yet it seems to be encouraged in this advice. I think context is everything here, are cities being conquered because its morally right? Is there a reason for the exploring and physical feats? Consider the contrast of this advice to something written by Blaise Pascal "Thus she [the soul of a Christian] perceives that she should adore God as a creature [the human/soul is the creature], render thanks to him as a debtor, satisfy him as a criminal, and pray to him as one poor and needy." A stark contrast to mimicking people who are 'great' by human standards - seems something like Augustine's Confessions might be a more worthwhile read. This particular piece of advice of Wilson's always sticks out as a red flag and seems, to me at least, in stark contrast to the overarching mandates that have been so helpful to me in scripture: "...what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.", "Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man" and " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.' "
Richard Fox Of course, manhood and womanhood are constructs, but that's not the starting point. Take a gander at Genesis 1:27 and read it in context, especially the part where it says, "male and female He created them." Your X-Y chromosomal structure isn't a construct. It's built into you and every other man. Men are called to be men. You answer that calling by acknowledging and repenting of your sin and then living in the culture while not being of the culture. God gives men lots of leeway in enacting their masculinity. Just survey the Bible. Paul and David are very different guys. But He also puts limits on masculinity. You can rule out the playboy and the cross-dresser, both of whom are godless. Biology constitutes the calling; family and culture are where we live it out. You would be well advised to put your critical theory beliefs under the Biblical microscope.
It cracks me up when he says godly masculinity is not institution-friendly. Godly femininity isn't, but this dude is too wrapped up in his own beard to understand what he's saying.

Magnificent - and i'll be watching a lot more of your thoughts about Western civilisation and our potential downfall - keep up the good work - inspiring..
Couple directions I could send you for an immediate answer (Eve in Exile or the Family Series) but we'll also throw it in an Ask Doug!
@@CanonPress Sweet. Thanks!
There is an element of dominance in masculinity not contemplated in this definition.
@jaffa 360 that’s a pretty good definition.
Thank you for this! Let's all pray that all brothers in Christ are an example of what means to be a man in every role we take in our lives.
"Don't substitute the sizzle for the steak" excellent take.

This is actually great advice, find a masculine man, then go tag along on his adventures or what ever antics he's up to. You'll pick it up eventually.
How about just do what interests you and stop worrying about whether or not you're "masculine" enough
So awesome to see Joe Rogan interviewing Doug Wilson. Does Rogan seem skinnier than usual?
Seems Godlier than normal...
Godly masculinity is the difference between a Pitbull and a German Shepherd. False masculinity is aggressive, full of angst with a lack of direction, mission, and purpose. A godly man will never allow the flock to be tread upon, and will shepherd the flock towards maturity.
@Richard Fox He'll shepherd her too.

This discussion reminds me of a line from Rocky III: "The worst thing that could happen to a fighter happened to you...you got civilized".
The power of universal feminization is subtle, unstoppable and overwhelming in this post modern (non Christian) age.
Agreed, but we have God on our side (assuming we are on His side) and He has greater power still.
The church is falling into feminism similarly to how Israel fell before pagan nations in the Old Testament, because they sinned and forgot the Lord.
Mansfield’s Book of Manly Men was a good book about healthy masculinity. And a really fun read.
The spirit of a man is more important than anything physical
The questioner is amazing!!
Faith comes by hearing God's word (Rom. 10:17). That's how boys become young christian men. This is for your instruction.

What books would y'all recommend in order to better understand godly masculinity. I'm 17 and want to figure out how to make it on my own.
Drink whiskey, smoke cigars and spit. That's the image of manliness that Doug promotes, right?
Nope.
@@TheB1nary It's definitely a part of it if he includes it in his trailers. Seems like Doug has bought into the alcohol and tobacco industry's marketing campaign hook, line and sinker! I mean really, what kind of a message do you think that sends to young boys and girls that are watching?
Did you watch the video? You can drink whiskey and smoke whilst getting stepped on. Here he talks about responsibility and standing up for what is right despite what people or women in your life say. This includes swimming up stream which takes a lot of physical, mental and spiritual strength. Doing things that are hard, can be made even harder when there are many opportunities to take the easy road. All of that is what you missed.
@@autumxxleaves4186 No, I know what Doug teaches. I enjoy his videos. I consider him to be one of the few preachers of truth in our current world of darkness. It's just disappointing to me that he promotes things that cause so many Christian brothers to stumble. I believe many people let him get away with things that are so obviously wrong because of his intellect. But as long as he continues to promote whiskey in Christian videos, I will continue to voice my concern because I do not believe it is a lost cause. Spurgeon smoked cigars for years before the Lord convicted him that it was wrong and I am hoping that a similar conviction will take place in this situation.
@@doingtruth wow I never knew it was wrong to smoke cigars, but I have to admit drink in moderation doesn’t seem so bad. Anyway thanks for the reply I learnt something new.
Great series and great talk thank you both gentleman.
Not using grammar is immasculine.
Finally, Christianity sets attention back on masculinity.
Left the church a long time ago, hated it and still feel a bitter taste in my mouth because of how pathetic it is.

Hey. 25 feminists were woke enough to thumbs down this video. Wow,. They ust have been somewhat disheartening by the ratio . God Bless. Incidentally, the I have friends inall walks of life and eventually I witness to each. The tough guys are a little harder, and usually shocked somewhat. Their preconceived notion of a believer is someone who is passaphistic or weak. But I try to emphasize how I'm not we're not, Jesus wasn't. It turns out they dont think we are to weak for their gang but that they feel too course for ours. Then its easier to evangelize, because I tell them. Come as you are. I'm disappointed, though not surprised, that no scriptural references were made in this discussion. When you ask a pastor, "what is it to be a man?", and he replies, "read books about people who conquered cities," something is wrong.
A godly man is surprisingly akin to a “red pill” man.
@Richard Fox And you are?
@Richard Fox That’s coming from you shit for brains. You’re projecting that all through this comments thread with your “nonsense” replies like a man sowing tares among the wheat. Every comment you’ve made airs the arrogance of a post modern doctrinaire. You have no place in this forum.
@Richard Fox I go ad hominem when I believe that I’m talking to an ideologue who is beyond reason. It’s worth pointing out that you’ve done nothing but say “nonsense” and be contrarian.

Facts
@@djnathaniel2699 great comment
The part about serving women in a doormat way is not liked by women because it seems disingenuous. If a man is willing to be a doormat for a woman he will be a doormat on behalf of his family, community and everything else. Self respect is interpersonal respect. Loving yourself is loving others basically. Although a legitimately bad woman will take advantage.
How the hell does this guy become the arbiter of everything masculine?
Atticus Finch, To Kill a Mockingbird.
the only answer i heard was find someone to immitate
How to learn to be a man:
1. Get strong
2. Learn to fight
3. Do a lot of physically strenuous work outdoors
There's more, but that's a good start.
All that, and read quality books. Having a strong and able body and cultivating a strong mind is more critical now than it has been in centuries. As the quote popularly but incorrectly attributed to the Ancient Greek historian Thucydides goes:
"A nation that makes a great distinction between its scholars and its warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting done by fools."
The nonfiction literature of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn is a good place to start, beginning with the Gulag Archipelago unabridged.
@Richard Fox Okay
Richard Fox How so?
I like your list! I've never felt more manly than trying my hand at those three things with regularity
Which has nothing to do with scripture or Christianity.
You can't be a man when you are a worm ( despised). Psalm 22.
It’s OK to ask when it’s your turn.
That’s not a feminine trait.
Interesting topic. Stop using words like "inner demons". With a Christ governed thought process we shouldn't give utterance to thing like that in such a passive way.
What about inner sins we struggle with daily?
👍👍
Moses was the meekest man on the face of the earth.
I feel like this doesn’t translate well to other cultures.
What is masculinity? Is it not sanctified testosterone?
I thought we had the biography of "the man"why do we need to read about some sinner who ""did""something with an axe.....no thanks there is only one man to follow .mat6:33..seek God first (thru Christ)and his right ousness" everything "shAllbe added.. listen to Keith Daniel sermons.. become Christ like...anew creature .. not oh I better start doing man things now..ok buy a gun .. start boxing...buy chainsaw/axe...
To be a Man follow the rules. Crime to own liv with dog/animals inside city limits, get the dog's out!
