thank you. i've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why my water temp gauge doesn't work. the factory wiring diagram is difficult to read and i didn't pick up on the fact that both gauges are tied together like that. i will now zero in on the fuel gauge as the culprit
I have a Nissan truck 1987 there is a black wire that was not connected I grounded it and my temp gauge goes to hot so does the truck have to run and warm up before my gauge goes back to normal reading
I honestly would not know James, that was a long time ago, I'm not a professional car mechanic, and my truck is a Toyota, so it may work differently. Let me know if you figure it out.
