I realized I have never made a potato soup. I know, so weird! I love soup!! So when Josh, my husband, asked if it could be on the menu this week, of course I said yes!! It turned out really good, but to be honest I did add another potato after as it was a bit thin. Everyone finished their plate! That is a win for me!!

My nemesis is toffee😡🤬. Lol! Oven bacon is especially easy to make and minimal cleaning. Large cookie tray, cooling rack,bacon strips. 350 til desired crispness. Bacon grease is also great for making homemade popcorn. ❤
