After riding my motorbike for over 130km from the easternmost part of Serbia, I arrived in the little town of Knjazevac. Situated between three mountains and located 300km away from Belgrade, Knjazevac serves as the primary town when visiting the Stara Planina mountain range, a mountain stretching across two countries.

In 2013, I started my solo travel journey, leaving Indonesia in 2016 to become a full-time traveler and UA-cam creator. My background in International Relations has fueled a profound interest in exploring different countries. My content focuses on exploring different cultures through the lens of a solo female traveler, aiming to capture real-life interactions and experiences.
My travels kicked off with a five-month trip across Asia, after which I moved to China in January 2017 to work as an English teacher-my first time living abroad. I left China in 2018 to fully commit to creating videos on UA-cam, where I share my travels and the cultures I encounter.

Just amazing, Syifa! Your filming and composition rises to meet the beauty of the scenery. You do it justice. It recalls an arab saying, “it came from the heart, and it entered the heart.” There is a simplicity of production that is so rich precisely because it allows the viewer to be drawn in and absorb. There’s this quality that Italians call sprezzatura, which means something difficult that appears like it’s done without effort. In Arabic it's al-sahl al-mumtani, "easy difficulty." It’s wonderful that the production is not overly professional, which makes it more real. There is a refinement that interferes with authenticity. The music is subtle and so apt. And then you are so charming. I also notice you respond to many comments, which is something. I could go on about the video, and oh the location - the crisp orange-roofed buildings of Knjaževac, cushioned in verdant hills, under happy skies - magical! Thank you, Syifa!

The mountainspirit loves her so much he let her make a video with it beingfelt. Now you know why we always reply to the calls to defend these hills... It is now year 7529. (really) in the old Serb calendar, used also in medieval Serbia, written in monastery charters and even monasery and fortress walls. The first metal works and first copper mines in the world, around 6000-8000 years old, were found not far (100km) from where she filmed this video. Vinca culture, first found cities in the world, are also all on this exact area. Please people, remain beautiful humans, don't let them entrap you, or poison you with their poisonous jabs/shot! We are created to be beautiful and free as these mountains are, not to be toys or food for some beasts! Love from Serbia!
