Fr fr. Since last season the whole Cal needs anger management thing was just forced and desperate. And then Noreen is acting like Bill shouldn't see his daughter? Isaac is mad at bill no reason too, seems like his panties are just twisted up his ass cuz what the hell had bill ever done to him? Bill is no worse than Noreen. Im sick of this shit and won't be watching
Just binge watched the show..It's a nice show but the storyline that I wasn't feeling was the embraced mistress character of Noreen yet the attacked character of Bill..While it may happen, I don't see a small town embracing the pregnant mistress of the town doctor especially by the wife and her friends..Additionally, Noreen icing out Bill because he didn't provide the same lifestyle of his family that she was a wilful participant in wrecking while playing the victim didn't sit well because her character started out very selfish. Even in Isaac's case, Bill was vilified and he didn't know that he was a father at 16...It seems hypocritically written, for me..

I don't understand why Maddie forgave Noreen but not Bill. Maddie decides to hire Noreen at her spa. Then Noreen doesn't want Bill on their child's birth certificate but wants Child support from him? I think Bill should take Noreen to court especially if he's a doctor. Why should he pay child support if Noreen doesn't want Bill to see their child? He's a Doctor!! He should be able to fight Noreen in Court!!! I don't understand why Issac is mad a Bill. Bill was in High School when Issac was born and he didn't even know that Issac was his biological son at the time. I don't understand why Maddie flipped out when She found out about Issac being Bill's biological son knowing that they were in High School at the time when he cheated on her the first time. Bill said that her and Maddie weren't in a serious relationship at the time.
Ah! I was searching for you all. Exactly my point, Noreen just because she was pregnant, makes it ok for her to wreck and cheat another woman’s marriage? The way Bill was vilified, why wasn’t Noreen? She played the same part, Bill did.
As for Issac, Bill didn’t even know he had a son. This really pissed me off on so many levels.

We are not excusing Bill for cheating but how in the world is he a bad guy for attempting to be a dad to all his kids?
Later when Issac cozied up with his mom but not Bill I was confused! She actually gave him up! Bill should be allowed to be pissed he had no idea and Issac should’ve been on his side.
Noreen….girl please! She said send me a check and let me say I did it in my own m?! He has legal rights and he should take her to court for them. Don’t fade out Bill fight for those kids.
Oh and when Issac showed us at his office like don’t come around I couldn’t believe it. They acted like he abused her when all he did was not be able to afford a big house for his #2. Oh and how Helen didn’t tell her she’s wrong. In a show all about god like morals they missed this one.
I get this show is for women but wow if they think this is how we think…..we are in trouble!
Annie and Jackson. Soooo, Jackson was painted as this annoying problamatic character in the first season and was very rude. But we really get to see the character growth in Season 2 and Season Three which I love, character growth is amazing. I guess you could say I approve of Annie and Jackson because of how much Jackson grew, he's not perfect and I can definatly see some points of growth for him but he really has changed. And not just for Annie/because of her, I geniually think he has matured, I mean he even apologized to Ty and the two aren't rivals as much anymore.
And throughout Annie and Jacksons time together I spotted some healthy points coming from Jackson, he was constantly telling Annie that they would be ok, they would work things out, and them sneaking aroud wasn't permenant and it makes me wonder if he had a plan that Annie never got to hear because their time together was so limited. Not only that he did make an effort to see her esp in the beginning of the third season (after the accident was rocky and I do have some comments on that). He also seems to really care for Annie deeply. Even when Annie was late because of a customer he reassured her it was fine, and that the most important thing was that they were together.
Yeah. Its so sad to throw away jackson's character development like that. Annie just fell into tyler's lap, i thought annie would have a hard time deciding which one for a cute while before going to ty.

How come no one is talking about the fight that Helen and Maddie had?
I feel like Helen was blowing up on the wrong person she was having a stressful day she was feeling bad because Ryan makes her feel like that and she took it out on Maddie and Dana sue it wasn’t Okai , considering Helen and Dana sue pass judgment and make assumptions about Maddie’s relationship with cal all the time , she was just doing what they always do ask about how their feeling and wanting to talk about it , and Helen knows she was wrong because after her and Ryan breakup for the final time she goes to text Dana sue and Maddie In their group chat and stops because she blew up at them for predicting this situation and now doesn’t want to admit they were right I’m happy they all made up in the end but Helen was so wrong for that
Seaon 1 and 2 definitely better this season seemed long and stretched out with those long scences

Helen and Ryan would make such a great story that love found a way. It was disappointing to see everyone had a great match, and Helen had heartache each season. I don't think 🤔 Eric is a good match for Helen. I was glad to see he found someone else. Helen helps everyone, and it looks like she will be another Miss Francis. Hope season 4 brings Helen someone who truly loves her. Eric's actions looks so forced. Ryan's chemistry makes one believe that love is truly amazing.
There wasn't even chemistry. It was all Helen every scene. The actor seemed Luke warn towards Helen in the best if scenes. Also, they make it seem like it was just Ryan that was the problem. But I didn't see Helen compromise either. She didn't want to take 1 day fully off to get lossed with the man she "loved". She didn't want to move to suggested they plan trips or anything. It was live in serenity or else anx that's it. Then she goes and moves a teenager in like that won't affect anything.
Why did you repeat exactly the same sentence about Dana sue and miss Francis ?

Butttt there are still some things....firstly, the show likes to paint the idea that not only Jackson and Nellie have strict parents but Dana Sue is really protective of Annie. But I'm going to be real, the way the kids are behaving is not accurate at all. They either don't have parents that are that strict, like maybe a little strict but if they "act out" a little scolding (which we know isn't true because of all the things the kids say about their parents finding out, or not being home on time etc, it's implied they're parents are pretty strict). But the kids don't act like they have strict parents, esp Jackson. Jackson is known to rebel but he just isn't very...bright to put it lightly.
What I mean, as someone who has strict parents we are sneaky, kids of strict parents v e r y sneaky. And I'm not even the one to "rebel" very much the most I've done is watched some movies that "aren't for my age" because I geniually don't care, for drinking, partying, and dating. But just watching Jackson and Annie made me so fustrated, because their were so many ways they could have stayed in touch, the show implied that they were only seeing each other for twenty minutes or less because of Jackson's parents and partly Dana Sue. And they don't seem to be texting much. Literally- there are so many ways I mean so many ways, to get around Jackson's parents, let me list a few.
I don’t even know why I pay for Netflix anymore. I’ve tried to start the first episode about 7 times now and it always restarts the whole app. It’s only ever Netflix not any other streaming service. I’m beyond irritated at this point and I’ve waited forever this new season. 🤬

That's probably something with your TV, not Netflix. Try unplugging your TV for about 10 seconds and then replugging or maybe even resetting it.
Ok so I need other people's thoughts on Annie, Jackson and Tyler. I am so conflictedddddd. I'm going to spoil some stuff below so read at your own risk.
Ok so I'm going to start with Annie and Tyler aka Tynnie. In the beginning I shipped them first, I thought they were cute, I mean childhood friends to lovers, who doesn't love a couple like that, their Moms are bffs too. Buttt I ended up reading the first book of the series this show is based off of awhile ago and then googling spoilers for the rest of the story and got some kind of bad news.
Annie and Tyler get together at some point and Annie gets pregnant and has their kids (a son I beileve) but Tyler cheats on Annie a bunch of times and they're on and off. But apparntly by the end of the series the two end up being "fated." I just....sighhh . where do I even start. Firstly, I know that cheating can be "inherited" or "rejected" meaning some kids that are products of one or both of their parents cheating can end of doing the same thing as one or both of their parents. Or they can do the opposite and vow to just never ever cheat on their parner because they know how it affects a family. Tyler definatly gives me the vibes of rejecting, at first he did at least, now I'm not sure. And I know Netflix isn't following the books to a t, so I don't know what will happen. But I really hope Tyler doesn't cheat, because I hate the narrative of struggle love this show is painting. It's not that love doesn't have obstales it does, but the obstacles have to be at least somewhat "healthy" and cheating, not committing, are just not it. Don't go back to a cheater (cough cough Dana Sue, at least I think didn't Ronnie cheat on her?) When Bill asked to get back with Maddie, Helen, and Dana Sue told her not to go back to a cheater, so if Ronnie did Cheat on Dana Sue I found their whole thing ridculious and don't approve of them being together.
I have the impression that it's more Dana Sue who is the strict parent and that Jackson's mother is rather controlling, so maybe she gives him some freedom but once she decided he shouldn't see Annie, she really did everything she could to stop him.
We must not forget that they live in a small town (until they moved), it can be difficult to keep secrets in this context.
For Tyler, I agree with you, he seems extremely close to his mother and has moral values. So I don't think they'll go that route unless it's a one time thing because he's drunk or maybe Annie will do it. But even she has seen her family torn apart by such treason so I don't think she'll do that either.
If they want conflict, temptation is enough.
For the treatment of Maddie's ex-husband, I think he has not only cheated on but he must have hurt his family deeply during their marriage; we know that he wanted to keep the house probably to install his new family, at the beginning of the show.
Moreover, we can see that Maddie is not at all for a reconciliation between Helen and Ryan while Dana is more nuanced.
