If I remember correctly Kaioken does in fact stack in BT3, he just doesn't say it. You can build a custom with low cost Blast 1's and make Early Goku really strong. Also I'm pretty sure the Fruit of the Tree of Might on Turles functions the same way as well.

It's good to see these moveset videos return after a decade. Oh I much I miss these from you. Meteor Combination is still one my favorite attacks for Goku. As much as I like Raging Blast 1 and 2's. I think Tenkaichi 3 remains as my favorite version of the attack. There's something about the Impact, sound and Goku's face that makes me love it so much compared to those two games. I don't how to explain it.
I totally agree. The rapid camera cuts in RB's version always put me off of the attack compared to BT3's version, I'm hoping SZ has the move and does it justice!

Always prefered goku's "goodbye" super spirit bomb speech in bt3 compared to other games. The lowkey sad yet hopeful "i hope you'll come back someday" capped off by the strong "see you later" like him knowing it has to be done, way better than just being excited all the way.
I don't think there was a more perfect way for the countdown to sparking zero than a video like this. Would love for this to be a series with just the main cast or characters who have been confirmed and were in the BT and raging blast game.

Is it just me or was anyone else bothered by how much thinner the beams were in the Raging Blast games compared to BT3? The normal Kamehameha in BT3 looks as big if not bigger than the Super Kamehameha from RB.

Something I love about the first game specifically is the way knockbacks work in game one. When you do a knock back, you go flying super fast but in future games, you go flying less fast like a normal dash speed. It really helps sell the power of a dragon throw when you go flying at mach 10. As opposed to getting thrown and just going at like mach one
I'm actually a fan of the change from just having three Gokus to having one with changeable supers. It's something I wish they'd have brought into Sparking ZERO. Oh well.
There is something that hasn't been explored yet, though. The moveset that Goku had in the story mode footage (against Raditz) has a different moveset to base Early Goku. My hope is that different costumes could have different movesets, such as Meteor Combination finally appearing on Goku (Early).
I was at first until I realized each variant of goku actually fights differently and their also bringing back "lore accurate" scaling for characters so their be gaps in strength between each goku which can effect ranked matches
If they play differently, I don’t see the issue. Having changeable supers is fine, but there is more to a character’s moveset than just the special attacks.
Personally, while a longshot, I do hope that they add changeable supers into Sparking Zero. It's a possibility since it was confirmed that Goku would have an alternative set where he would use the Power Pole as a super, so hopefully they say, "Hmmm, we can make a religion out of this" or something.
is this an error in raging blast? goku base can stack kaioken but he is saying: "kaioken!" "kaioken 2x!" "kaioken 3x!" isn't kaioken 2x the BASE kaioken? there was never a 1x kaioken
It's great seeing your moveset videos again. The thing with Goku is that he could have all the moves in just one character using the blast charges as modifiers. No Kaioken: Meteor Rush & Kamehameha Kaioken: Kaioken attack on Nappa & Kaioken Kamehameha Kaioken 2: Kaioken Rush against Vegeta & Kamehameha times 3 Kaioken 3: Kaioken against Freeza & Kamekameha times 20 Spirit bomb 1: The one against Vegeta Spirit bomb 2: the one against Freeza Spirit bomb 3: the one against Buu The only other missing moves would be Solar Flare & Instant Transmission, but I wouldn't mind having more extra blasts in the moveset somehow. The rush end goku does, it's actually one he did as a Super Saiyan against Freeza.
It probably would've made more sense to give meteor combination to early Goku,considering that's the goku that fights Raditz and still doesn't know the kaiohken

I dunno if anyone else has mentioned it but you can also stack Kaioken in BT3 as well, up to 5 times in fact, so RB wasn't innovating, in fact, because they made it lore accurate, in turn, it's a "downgrade" of sorts. Anywho, i am really glad you made a moveset video, because those videos made me discover you in the first place and i hope you cover every character eventually, even if Sparking Zero comes out, which begs the question, would you also compare Sparking Zero movesets to their older counterparts?

End Goku’s meteor smash has some attacks from the fight with Frieza but a lot of it is made up.
....Goku end and ssj goku(mid) both have meteor smash yet they perform it differently.....this bothers me.

IIRC you could always stack Kaioken? He just never said x2 or x3 in anything before raging blast. I might be wrong tho, it has been decades.

I was always confused which Goku belonged to which saga in BT3. For example, which goku is supposed to be goku fighting final form cell?
Goku (Early) - Saiyan Saga to Early Namek Saga
Goku (Mid) - Mid Namek Saga to Android Saga
Goku (End) - Cell Saga to Buu Saga

RG2 will always be my favourite. Also unpopular opinion but sparking zero feels more like a raging blast 3 than a BT4.

Raging Blast 2 always looked like such a visual downgrade from 1 to me. Seeing them back to back like this makes it so much clearer.
I believe the BT3 Goku End rush is inspired by the battle vs Majin Vegeta which is why SSJ2 Goku also has it

RB1 Kaioken stacks up to 12, 3 for every direction you place it on.
