Hah, I came here because 5.5 alerted me of the 5.7 beta, and I wondered what I'd missed because it never alerted me of 5.6. Good to know it's not just me.
very interesting, I print with a lot of transparant fillament for one of my designs I sell , would be cool to use a custom infill for the product logo. I would be interested to try creating my own infill.
After repeated "unable to slice" errors I gave up on 5.5 and went back to 5.4. I'm struggling with the thought of even bothering with 5.6. I suspect I'll just wait for 5.7 assuming these bugs will be dealt with be then.

That's a great reason for custom infills!

Well Cura 5.6 stop working for me... is time to find another slicer or go back to a previous version.
installed 5.6 a few times on my win 11 pro pc and it does NOTHING!! looks like i will be sticking with 5.2 for a while!
