Hello everyone!
Welcome to the pilot episode for our completely revamped Developer Interview series! This first interview takes a look at a very early in-development game called Perish, developed by Item42. We wanted to show you what the game looks like at such an early stage so that when we revisit later you can see the progression of how everything came together.
This newly revamped format is no longer a podcast, but a fully edited video made to feel closer to our actual documentaries.
We plan to use Developer Interviews to do some more traditional games coverage, introducing you to interesting games, people and events. We hope you like the new format and you can expect to see these bi-weekly and then eventually weekly once we get in the groove of things.

This is not an arena shooter. Quake, UT, Painkiller, Warsow, Xonotic, Toxicc, this is nothing like any of those.
These muppet's are making a PvE game and calling it an arena shooter. I thought it was a mistake by this Gameumentary but on Item42's page it says arena shooter too.
