Great video Dave. Keep hustling!
Thanks. Hustling is the only thing I know 😁
LGI homes are so expensive, materials they use in the interior look below average and it's almost half a million dollar.
All builders are different and while I don’t represent LGI they do give a few more upgrades than other builders . It’s in the little details is all I can say . Sometimes you get a better home that’s a resale that’s only a few years old and the seller has upgraded the home after purchasing etc
Way too far from water
Homes do come available on the east side of Port St Lucie as well. The only downfall your insurance premiums are higher. I sold one of this builders homes in November and Insurance was a decent amount higher because it was closer to the ocean etc
Out in the middle of nowhere
No offense, but this time next year in Port St. Lucie this home is 220k
What makes you say that?
Open your eyes. Half a million dollars for this.. this isn’t Boca raton next to the beach, this is Port St. Lucie. Look at the condition of the house, look at what your view is.. not complicated
@@jamhockey7194 “look at this, look at that” I think you should look at the fact that this is Florida. Florida’s been the new California for several years now. As someone who grew up in CA - houses like this 45 min inland from the beach would go for this price and nowadays would go for even more than this price. Doesn’t matter if it’s next to the ocean or not. Matter of fact I prefer to live a safe distance inland in Fl
@@Victoria-gv3qh you don’t realize then that Florida is a tourist attraction and most people can’t afford to live in a 450k home. Hospitality is what most people do for work here. This isn’t California. Wages are lower.
The house is depressing.
What would make it less depressing for you to consider it a home you would live in ?
