Only, RRR has realistic chance at oscar nominations. RRR has been nominated for 2 Golden Globes, Five nominations for Hollywood critics choice awards. It has won Saturn Award for Best International film, Newyork critics Circle, Los Angeles Critics circle best director and best background music.
We really shot ourselves into foot, when we did not send RRR for Oscars foreign film. That was our best chance at nominations and maybe at win.
The Kashmir Files is not shortlisted. It's in the list 300 films eligible for voting.

Andhbhakts on the movie being in the Oscar's reminder list: "The Kashmir Files ko Oscar ke liye nominate kiya gaya hai (jhuth). Duniya bhi isko maan rahi hai. Best film."
Apparently, "western validation" is considered unnecessary only when there's criticism involved. Otherwise, these hypocrites worship "west ka thappa".
Kashmir files is based on real tragedy but they've made it so that it'll incite more hate, after the release of this movie many riots happened throughout the country and many many innocent people died. Lynchings have increased too. Meanwhile the government hasn't lifted one finger to help those Kashmiri Pandits who are protesting in valley, asking for relocation and safety. Many Kashmiri pandits have been specifically targeted and killed by separatist terrorists after this movie came out. Many Bhakhts have blamed Kashmiri pandits themselves and calling them freeloaders. 😑😑😑

A very balanced video. I don't know much about newslaundry - what it is about - but no news was laundered here. Well done.
Firstly, current GoI (through Mr. Modi) has provided excellent strategic vision, determination, and implementation capability. Having said that, it is media's duty to ensure that the GoI is kept on track for people's wellbeing. Especially because the opposition in parliament is unorganized, uncommitted, and seems purposeless.
This video highlights key points that we, the people, need to make sure the GoI does not take its eye away from. Development in Himalayas need to be married with MORE engineering, planning, and science R&D for each project to ensure that the infrastructure lasts 100-200 years. Our Himalayan development is still at its early stages and we can still fix it and learn from Joshimath.
Abrogation (as they say) of a.370, was indeed a needed change. the future of J&K is bright under the current GoI. But we need to do more as a nation and people for the Kashmiri Hindus. Their suffering has continued and it is very painful. People talk about 30 years, but these people have seen torrents for over 500 years. I think it is time we become a little sincere and make it better for them.
The Adani-Modi partnership is there, that is obvious. Gautam Adani is on a PR campaign, yes. The question is - is this partnership in the best interest of India or not? I don't see an issue yet as there needs to be synchronization between policy makers and industry. And obviously a person wants to work with another person he can trust. A country is built by its business capability. Not by its beliefs or ideas.
