Velocity Fest 2024 saw athletes from across the world look to get valuable reps in on the journey to the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
I was live on location at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica to capture all the highlights as this #trackandfield season heads into full swing.

I have a problem with our males springers crying about 200m training is hard when all the other nations athletes are doing the double the Africans and the Americans who are finishing ahead of them in the big meets they need to get with the program

@giotalkssports I have heard Antonio Watson is a serious individual who trains hard and is super focused. Not sure how true that is but I can see him adding the 200m

Males need to run 200m. Look at Tebogo and Lyles? Thats their advantage in the 100m
