I and hubby were trying for 5 years. I was a follower when you were starting and I mainly followed because I forgot to pray and be a Christian wife to my hubby. I was so overwhelmed with trying to get pregnant until I came across one of your videos.
I love your vids and I disciplined myself to follow most of your routine. 😅 I incorporated your exercises and even your diet. T'was hard as I am in Asia but I really try to look for substitutes of the food you are mostly showing here. I tried acupuncture too and I loved it!

You might already do this but I've recently started praying scriptures related to fertility over my life and it has been a game changer for my prayer life! I just googled scriptures related to fertility and then tabbed them in my Bible so now I just pray through them every night. I have really enjoyed it!
My mom got IVF and we had my brother who is currently 4 years old. She was 42 when he was born. Wishing the best for you.

Those kale salads are great but in my city they only have the smaller size. You look gorgeous as always BTW.

How long did it take for the IVF meds to come in from the doctor prescribing through delivery? I'm about to start and nervous about timing delays.
They prescribed them weeks ahead of time so when it came to scheduling with the pharmacy they sent them within a week. But they have overnighted me things before and they said never to worry because they frequently do next day air. There are probably also local pharmacies in your area where you can pick something up in an emergency! I would say don’t worry 🙏

they set the bar too high!
That's actually just the bare minimum. They say 5 a day because they know how much people struggle. For optimum health it should actually be 12 or 13 servings a day. Comprising mostly from veg, and lentils or beans and then just a couple of fruits.
