The static electricity you guys were experiencing is just a staple of higher elevation areas in Colorado where the air is drier. Drier air creates a larger amount of static charge in surrounding objects. My dad lived in Boulder for a few months a while back and he came to anticipate static shocks whenever he touched metal surfaces, especially in the winter.
You beat me to it. Higher moister in the air helps defuse any static charges created by rubbing fabrics, the electricity animals (including us) naturally give off etc.
@@davidbradford7105 A whole-house, central humidification system is a dream home wishlist item for me. I live with that kind of static issue here in Colorado. It's especially bad in the winter when the cold makes the air even dryer! Everything shocks me! 😆⚡
When I get my fortune THIS is the presenter I will have ! No one details and hosts a home like these two !!! Down to earth yet formal at the same time. Looks easy but I’m sure it’s not !!! Again, another wonderful show !! Thank you guys !! You just kill it !!
Just realized why I like this channel over similar ones. Its the interaction of Mike and Enes! The way they compliment each other and then make each other uncomfortable in a nice way.
This might be one of my favorite properties you've ever shown. The mix between being in the mountains yet having all the amenities you could ever want is what does it for me.
This is the perfect vacation family house / principal "field" house without a doubt, just AMAZING. The kitchen, the kids room and the lower level are just awesome, another good one, Enes! thanks
I used to be obsessed with contemporary homes with unique modern furniture and all marble stone until I saw this home. I fell in love with the coziness and warmth of this house.
This one is emotional for me. I remember a bunch of my old friends and I were playing Uno all night in the hallway of a ski cabin in Lake Tahoe, once, when we were little. Good times. Don't miss chances to be part of these kinds of things. They make memories that last and last.
This is one of the most beautiful homes you’ve toured on either channel in my opinion. My favorite rooms were the junior primary bedroom & the entertainment space. Everything about this home appears warm, cozy and inviting.
I love this house because not only it has that beautiful classic colorado look but it has some room for fun and creativity. Congratulations to the architects and builders of this house.
After watching your older videos and comparing them with the new ones, it seriously shows how much the quality of your videos have improved, especially the camera work and cinematography. Great Job guys💖👏
Yes, the dry air causes more friction and static buildup. We have very low humidity where I live, so it happens all year round, but gets even worse in winter.
I just love mountain architecture. I think it's my favorite design aesthetic because it can perfectly blend traditional and modern styles without clashing, although this particular home leans more toward the traditional. Wonderful tour Enes!
You can't beat a mountain home with those Rocky Mountain views! In love with the library/office bedroom, bunk room, and secret game room. I'm with Mikey - in winter you'd find me in that hot tub with a glass of champagne watching the snow fly. Another great video and camera work Enes and Mikey.

I adore this. So many luxury mountain homes are log or chalet style. This has a very Arts and Crafts feel to it with the wood pillars, wood framed grid windows and wood wainscoting. Beautiful details.
So true with this being rustic and timless. The house on the outside do have a modern cabin look👍The 😆😆😄 moment was when talking about the cabinet...when Enes said "I don't know much I can say about the cabinet;but it fits the space pretty well😄🤣
Beautiful home there! At that altitude, static build up occurs on your body faster because of the soles of your foot wear, insulating you from the ground. So that electrical charge has enough build up to discharge on conductive surfaces. I mentioned altitude because the higher up you go the less dense the air gets and the faster electrons and protons can separate to create a electrical discharge which will follow the path of least resistance (i.e your body). Certain clothing materials can also accelerate this process as friction on your body creates a more electrical charge across the surface area of your body. Your body is basically it's very own static field generator that can pick up negative and positive charges and discharge energy when an attraction happens.
Wow what can you say about this home except incredible. Everything about it was so well thought out. I love the hidden room on the lower level an the bunk room on the second floor was amazing. The kitchen was stunning just as the rest of this majestic home. Truly one of a kind.
You missed the incredible home gym off of the garage, complete with water fountain! We just stayed here and one of the things that blew me away was how many built-in/cabinet-clad appliances there are throughout the home. The kitchen had two dishwashers, Wolf warming drawer, and a standalone icemaker. The pantry had a full Subzero, another Wolf warming drawer, a fridge in the master, 3 sets of washer and dryers, and a fridge, standalone icemaker, and dishwasher in the lower level bar. There may have been more hidden that I missed.
Snow guards don’t hold the snow. They break up the snow as it slides off the roof. Protects gutters and things below like patio furniture from getting slammed with pounds of icy snow.
oh yeah i watch your show frequently on my roku tv Youre my kind of entertainment Enes and Mikey!! Like that cozy fireplace I just saw on this episode. 5Stars✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
Now that’s a beautifully made house. I’ve looked at houses more $ than his but this one has so much personality. The craftsmanship is so well done. My dream house.
This is a beautiful home. Question Enes when the world starts to reopen, I see many posts asking for you to tour other US states but what about other places in the world? Obviously would be expensive but it would be so good to see.
Stunning house with beautiful Mt.view. I never been Colorado state but always think that place is most beautiful and pure nature!!!! Bravos!! Two thumbs up!! 😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘
Hey Enes, It looks like you filmed this in the spring, Having been in Breckenridge, the air is as amazing has the ski homes. This home is a really solid home, that has excellent space, and brings the environment into the interior. A great comfortable home, Thanks guys! Peace!
This home is beautiful. Oh to wish LOL. Love the kitchen, the bunk bed room and the entertainment room. Great addition the elevator for those who have disabilities. Some of the furnishings I don't like but that could be changed. Too be there during a nice snowfall, Beautiful !!!!!
Just caught this video. This house, hands down, is my favorite so far. As for the humidity of the wine room Mike is right. If the corks dry out they shrink and that lets air into the bottle which will oxidize the wine. If the air gets too humid then the potential for mold to grow in the corks which is also bad.
I've watched a few videos in this series, and I'd rather live in this home than many of the houses several times the price. I can't decide what's my favorite spot -- the office bedroom, the bunkhouse, the hidden game room, the cards room, etc., etc. I haven't even mentioned the views and the area this home's in. Stunning.
What an awesome home. That bunk room and the secret room are great. What kid wouldn't love that. This is where I want to be on a long winter day. I just love the decor.
I think the best mountain house/lodge vid/tour I have seen online is on the Arch Digest channel when they visited Aaron Pauls place in Idaho . Totally awesome and perfect Lodge style house.
Takes me back to my uncle's ski chalet. For a place this size and all the accommodations double washer and dryer would be a must in the laundry room. Stunning property!!
There are 3 laundry rooms in the home. One is in the top floor bunk room (just behind the door at 14:53), one is off the mudroom near the garage (8:50) , and the third off the game room in the lower level.
Colorado Native here: This is a beautiful home, as are so many featured on your channels, however, the only problems that I have with this particular property (and ones that I've seen in elsewhere in Breckenridge, in Vail, and other Rocky Mountain locales) is that they are just putting too many of them so close together. It feels more and more like "city life" nowadays to me, rather than rural mountain life like in days gone by. This is just my opinion, of course. Great showcasing of the property-- as always-- Mr. Enes Yilmazer and Crew! Thank you! ~Peace!
I loved the layout of the master bedroom suite, especially with it's own laundry room. The master bath has some great woodwork but that style tub would have to go, it looks like an afterthought.
I'm not into skiing, but I am into nature, mountains, plenty of land, scenic views, interior rustic cabin decor and plenty of peace, quiet and privacy.

I would think that at that price, humidifiers of some type would have been built in to avoid all the static.

Definitely in winter
Came here to comment the same.

You got this :)
if Im selling my small 4 bedroom house he can come pitch it for sale LOL
me, a 22 year old: this would be an incredible house to play hide and seek in
Me a 26 yr old, agrees.

Lol! Yeah, I bet. More like hide and go get it.

Scenery in Colorado is so heart warming especially inside from a log home.
The home in this video isn’t a log home, it’s a traditional stone home with some timber elements. Log homes are very gorgeous however!
New Enes videos are the best part of Saturday 🔥
Totally agree with you!
I'd agree if it wasn't a Sunday here in Aotearoa 😂
Wow saturday sunday
Being higher in elevation the humidity will be lower and that causes the static electricity
Thanks cap! :)
Just realized why I like this channel over similar ones. Its the interaction of Mike and Enes! The way they compliment each other and then make each other uncomfortable in a nice way.
omg your right i always wondered
gay as fuck lmfao
EXACTLY!!!!🫶
Too bad Mikey is gone

The views of the mountains is everything so beautiful.
oh please please please.. more of these ski-in/out mountain homes.... looks amazing... greets from Germany
I like how Enes is always dressed business casual. He's never too flashy and he never looks like he's showing off. I like the humbleness
Breckenridge is such a quaint and cozy little town.
I used to be obsessed with contemporary homes with unique modern furniture and all marble stone until I saw this home. I fell in love with the coziness and warmth of this house.
So relaxing!

The property is to small for the building Size.
That estate is like a bavarische gasthaus fitted for a family, amazing! Another incredible tour, thank you guys.

Ha! Enes...you're awesome!
After watching your older videos and comparing them with the new ones, it seriously shows how much the quality of your videos have improved, especially the camera work and cinematography. Great Job guys💖👏
I wanna see it during the winter with snow ❄️
static electricity also occurs here in Japan....only during winter
When is cold air is dryer making electric move faster!!

The dryness of the air at high elevations probably has something to do with the static electricity
Correct...drier air does not allow for built up static electricity to diffuse between objects/people.

A mountain house is my dream house. I just love the smell of the wood and nature. Rural places also have lesser pollution so that's definitely a plus.

I concur, the aerial view of the property showing the proximity of the other houses was most disappointing.
Yes, if I'm going to pay 15 milly, i don't want to see neighbors for at least 100 acres
Agreed!
This house looks cozy and warm.
Like a big beautiful ski lodge! So warm and cozy!
I would want it just for the trees and the mountain view, no taxidermy though, beautiful home, well done video.
The room with all the bunk beds is cozy.
Love the bar/pool table room. Perfect in every respect. That is how the basement for the Biltmore style house you toured needs to be completed.
Perfect house I love the wall trims an everything
This is beautifuuuul Enes Mikey and Jason!

What a nice cozy house, simply beautiful. Another awesome hour tour. Thanks Enes
