I knew you would list "IT" as one of the scariest Tim. Tim Curry's Pennywise scared the hell out of me too as a kid. But now I watch the mini-series often. It has a special place in my heart.
Yeah, you are probably the biggest IT fan I know. I love the mini series but the first half stands up a lot better than the second part when they were adults, Tim Curry is iconic as Pennywise and didn't think anyone would be able to come close but Bill Skarsgard does an amazing job in the remake although think the second part is weaker than the first aswell. Not a movie, but the Looney 'Toons Tasmanian Devil had me seriously worried as a toddler. Also for me, that scene in Jacob's Ladder, even as an adult, to this day.
Yeah the Tasmanian Devil was a raving lunatic so can't blame you for that. Jacob's ladder is creepy on the whole, especially because they really infected their own soldiers with Agent Orange and LSD
Zelda in Pet Sematary freaked me out more than anything else as a kid!
If you haven't seen the remake Zelda is no where near as creepy in that, also it was a man who played Zelda in the original
