@@tanuyadav9960 Dude, our environment has been fed with a lot of false narratives that getting into IIT itself is a success and one will achieve the greatest. I'm not trying to say that getting into IIT is nothing. It takes sweat and tears to get here. But the reality is something else. There is competition, depression, falling grades, unhappy jobs(sometimes no jobs). What the mainstream media only shows is a small number of individuals getting the highest packages, the number of offers being made. But they never talk about the fact that there are students leaving empty handed.

bhai ye soch chhod do. Pressure mat dalo bachcho pe. Average 7lpa ke aaspas hi milta hain IITs se. Aur 7 achcha amount hai.
Kahan se 7 lpa?! Average salary and not package was 18 LPA this year for btech in iitm (which means package was a bit higher), Source- placement.iitm.ac.in
@@akshatnagar7074 I don't understand the difference between salary and package, but thanks for the updated information. I guess the figure I very strongly believed in is averaged over all IITs.
salary is just money they put in your bank. Package includes the salary and the benefits and stock they give you. Overall, package is always greater than or equal to salary. I’m sure there’s tons of vids about this on UA-cam.
