In this lesson I show you how to send carpet cleaning estimates in Housecall Pro. In my business, I often give quotes to commercial customers before they book. You can schedule an estimate in Housecall Pro where you visit the customer, get measurements for their carpet, then send the customer an email estimate in Housecall Pro. The customer can approve or deny the estimate. If they approve, you can convert the estimate to a job. I'll show you all of that in this video!

Is there a way for the customer to edit the quote if you separate each room as a line item but measure their whole house? For example, you have a line item for each area but they decide they only want a few of those areas...

If you didn't already find your answer: yes, you can quote each room as a line item. And then you can add/remove areas based on the customer's feedback.
There are several different ways to set up your pricing & line items in Housecall Pro. It's very flexible, and can work whether you're pricing by the room, area, square foot, or even special packages. Lots of different options to suit your needs!
