It needs a new thermostat, temp sensor, or both, since the temp gauge was still reading low after running the van for over 10 minutes. Hence why it barely blew any heat.

@@TTM719 yep i remember my dads old 02 express. The thing had a starter switch that had apparently been recalled years ago but the one he had never got fixed, it was where you could use the key to turn it on and then take the key out and you were able to start it without the key lol
