This is such a big thing for my family we have had a horrible year with illness in the family and want this to be an amazing memory for us all to cherish.Our three grandchildren ages 9 7 and 1 will have the best time along with mums and dads and grandma and grandpa.
So excited to be able to come and visit again this year, we had the best time last year. Can’t wait to break the news to my son that Santa has invited us again. It truly was magical
It’s our first day attending with our daughter who’s nearly 5, the attention to detail is incredible. It makes me emotional knowing this will be a memory to last a lifetime! Cannot wait.
Words cannot describe the magic that Lapland UK has given our family for the past two years. We are delighted to be returning again and cannot wait for our visit in a few weeks time. The attention to detail is nothing short of remarkable.
Getting goosebumps watching this!! SO excited for our first ever visit, after missing out on tickets for the past 2 years!! Absolutely cannot wait to get there, never mind the kids.
This was a magical experience last year, truly wonderful. We had two six year old girls with us and they were enthralled all the way around, all of us adults loved it too. Not at all rushed or over crowded and plenty of time to enjoy all the wonders and delights. We will book again once the smaller grandchildren are 4/5 years old when they can appreciate it. Thank you so much.
My great granddaughter is there right now. Love your attention to detail and real materials, right from the start with her invitation. One thing though, I really hope you don't have those frenetic flsshing lights on in Father Christmas's house, he'd have steady warm lights for a calming atmosphere for sure if candles were too dangerous. Like everyone here, wish that all the chidren of the world could experience a place designed with them in mind.

Please, please please, can you make every effort to ensure that the Elven village is really covered in snow though, on all of our previous visits it’s been the only thing the children questioned as all the snow had gone. ❄️🙏🏻 Thank you for this lovely insight into the work that goes into creating such magic.
It's wonderful and very very autism friendly . It is fabulous ! Just a tiny issue with the queuing near the sleigh in the forge . It's a bit of a bottleneck and was very busy x
Can I ask why it is built from scratch each year? It feels like it would be more sustainable to leave it and adapt each year rather than completely rebuild so assume there is a reason behind this? I am also thinking this may be a key factor to the price and would help more people afford it? We went a couple of years back and was absolutely amazing x
We had booked again this year but sadly we cannot come due to work abroad on Friday!! A gutted big folk here! I still don’t know though what we will do with the tickets so will correspond to the working elves today sad😢
