I have the same exact kit. I haven't built it yet, but when I do, I'm going to convert it from a static display model to a model that sinks and splits in half like the real ship did.
@@TI4438 Thanks! I'll have to try that. I was going to use Tamiya Deck Tan, which is an acrylic, but I'm more inclined to use enamels instead of acrylics so I may give the Testors Tan a try.
Definitely not a 'starter' kit. And those corners gave me a lot of trouble as well. Did manage to fix some of them with putty but there is no way to get them perfect. Nice job.
It might be a different scale. Apparently it's identical to another kit by a different manufacturer. Can't recall which. Good practice for a bigger and better kit. Thanks for stopping by. Much appreciated.
BEAUTIFUL model of the Titanic! Great video my friend!

@@TI4438 What color did you use for the wooden decks?
@@nb_cash Testors tan out of the bottle.

@@nb_cash it's time consuming because multiple coats are needed, but it's a good color for wood decks.
Turned out awesome buddy
Thanks. Gotta up my game with a bigger and better kit one of these days.
That turned out awesome, brother 😁✌️
Thanks for checking her out. Much appreciated.
Fantastic Job Bro., something to Definitely Be Proud Of. 🤓👍
Thanks for watching. Daughter was very happy with it. Good practice for a better kit.
Nicely done my friend, that turned out really cool. The Titanic was last seen from land on my birthday, 11th April, not 1912 though!!! 🤣👏👏
Thanks for checking her out. Much appreciated.

Building is one thing. Painting this kit is another. Thanks for watching.
Vallejo has a set with all the colors needed for the titanic
@@Alves69 good to know. Thanks for checking it out. Much appreciated.
This is the only ship I have built other than the uss Arizona I thought it was good however mine had a couple fitment issues
Thanks for checking it out. Much appreciated.
I didn't know a 1:550 scale titanic model existed
