The wholesomeness of Kevin staying mad at a bin emptying company because they were rude to his mother, I respect it immensely
I get that lol. Respect my mom snd ill give you my respect.
Just got to that part! That's sweet of him sticking up for her like this aw
Immensely based Kevin tbh
Fun fact: In the dictionary you can find Kevin's photo under the word Wholesome.
Also the part where they didn't pick up his trash for 6 weeks, but I would be more mad about them being rude to my mother too though lol.
It started with a genuine geoguesser attempt and ended with a private virtual tour of Dublin. Feck them blue bins though
I love when Kevin does Irish related content.
I’m still waiting for Irish news part 2
same
Yeah, I can't remember if he did a thing on "The highest pub in Ireland reopens", but that was a great clip. When I visited Portlaoise, Galway and Dublin I had no trouble understand the Irish accents, but the folks in that video was something else!
They haven’t had enough news for part 2 yet…
It’s so good
YES that would be appreciated
The real story of the Spire; The Irish believed they were playing Minecraft and made a very high one block tower to remember their way back home.
I was about to comment this! Ireland is truly one great big Minecraft server
Who needs a tower to remember "go the way you came from"?
@@Naokarma if you're sailing on the sea you can lose your bearings pretty easily tbh
@@willdrew287 The texture of the water is pretty clear on which direction you're going. If you're going in a straight line, I don't know how you'd get lost, or did a dirt tower that'd help to begin with.
If nothing else, f3 is gonna be a far bigger help if you need any.
I like the giant "pointy thing" as Kevin called it. It's a beacon to find your way.
Ireland always thinkin' ahead 🥔🤔🇮🇪
First playing games where he's stuck in a small area, and now playing a game where he can fantasize being outside? I think Kevin is trying to tell us something
We already knew he's in Jim's basement
I think he is homesick after leaving his home country
He "went to Mexico".
Fun fact, Dublin is one of the only major cities without an underground metro, we instead have the Luas, a tram that goes all across Dublin. Luas means speed which is ironic because it is ALWAYS late.
Luas means wind bud 👍
@@stephk5797 actually gaoth is wind. Luas does mean speed. Bud. 👍
One could only wish for the Cork bus service to be just "ALWAYS late" like the Luas in Dublin.
Maybe it needs to be fast because it’s late
I thought it was an acronym like DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit). I was thinking "Light Urban Area Streetcar" because that actually makes sense.
Kevin is so proud of his Geoguesser premium account: rightfully so. They dont hand those out to just anyone! Kevin is a celebrity.
I think he payed 2.99 for a monthly subscription
@@deleted5794 wow! I didnt know that! Wow, thats not like the whole, point of his joke! Lol.
a celebrity with 2.99 in the bank every month. pretty rare, they don't hand that sort of money out to just anyone
@@bindiirwindad I was being sarcastic, if you even know what that is
@@deleted5794 ... My comment was clearly doing the same thing lol, i was trying to banter
There are two types of people in Ireland, those who have never heard of County Clean, and those who have had their lives ruined by County Clean
Ah now, im more of a KWD recycling man myself ya know
@@HarpicLH Ah sûre lookit, no matter what, you’re being screwed over by bin companies regardless of which one you using
I've never heard of them. I just know Thornton's and Green Star xD
...well, now we need the story of how Country Clean apparently killed Kevin's family and kicked his dog.
AND they were also rude to his mom.....unacceptable😤
It's like if your kid hates someone, you are obligated to hate them too as their parent. Idk what they did or who they are but i hate Country Clean if Kevin hates Country Clean
@@hannahdiffin9727 it's like the ultimate bad PR they never asked for 😂
Ikr. You'd think if the truck was full and they couldn't finish their route they'd start at the opposite end the following week, so nobody would go EIGHT WEEKS without trash removal.
This video feels like Kevin is a chaperone who took all of us on a field trip but he keeps getting us lost
Aww a little field trip with Kevo :)
There were a lot of fields after all

Kevin: I'm using Ireland as my hometown
Meanwhile Ireland refuses to say Kevin is from Ireland due to his war crimes
What an unfair world we live in
tbh, I don't think that Ireland has a problem with war crimes. (especially if they were committed against the Bri'ish
"I am getting better at this car bomb stuff." - Kevin, 2021
Which lead him to flee to a Spanish speaking country which I as a German think kinda sounds familiar 😳
Fecking hell what's with all the bots?
Kevin and RT: "The spire ain't so great"
Me, seeing it for the first time: "Holy Shite that's tall"
it looks cool as hell too when they make it into a big lightsaber haha
Also, no one seems to talk about it, but they way it vibrates with the wind is really cool
At least the town wont be having much troubles with thunders, haha.
The erection at the intersection.
It may be just a tall pole, but it's OUR tall pole
Ok Kevin, I definitely need more of "Kevin complains in an Irish accent about stuff".
Pls, it warms the small little potatoe that sits where my heart is supposed to be
Ok, all jokes aside, Ireland truly looks like a beautiful country!
It is ( source i am Irish. Also called Kevin )
@@goonyougoodthing it’s mostly green (source I’m Irish not called Kevin)
Best exporter of military genius dear leaders
It doesn't look all that different to Wales for the most part. Just.... bigger.
I wouldn't want the tour from anyone else, Kevin is clearly a geographic genius among all other genius titles he now dons
New title unlocked
i will literally never get tired of ireland-centered content, i feel like i learn a lot, even if it's things like "country clean evil"
i’m so thankful kevin never runs out of ideas, i get so excited when i get his notification.
Alternate Title: Kevin Hating Country Clean For 13 Minutes 30 Seconds
Those ba$tards...
@@acuteangina705 I Know They Should Burn In Hell
As a tourist driving in Ireland, those country roads are TERRIFYING. Especially when there's a just two very tall stone walls on either side and there is NO WAY two cars can pass there. I do recommend visiting Ireland, but please try to avoid these scary as hell roads
Not sure if Kevin is homesick or if this is a prelude for "Geogussing Spain" and "Geogusser but I'm not allowed to leave the block"
The last one is just No moving, panning or zooming xD Not sure if Kevin has the geoguessr knowledge to play like that and get a decent score, but I'd love to see him try xD
Kevin is tactically inspiring with his geo guesser premium and knowing his places. Kevin is a military genius.
i love it when he activates his ultimate Irish mode and can't stop afterwards
8:23 As a Canadian who lives in the middle of mountainous nowhere, I can confidently tell you that this road sign means to be cautious of rockslides for the next 150m
The fact that the country roads are even paved in Ireland is impressive. In New Zealand you drive 100m out of town and it’s just gravel. They like to just put gravel down and eventually, after 50 years of use, it will be pounded down enough you can drive without gravel flying up and hitting your windshield.
Most of them started out like that, some still are like that. That is why you see the grass in the middle. These roads are really just to link a farmer to his fields really.
@Nny Yeah, I think Irish country roads are the same as yours, they've just been there longer.
"How small is Ireland?"
-In the only Irish Geo-Guesser I ever saw, my house was in it...
Mine too 😂
If anyone is wondering why loads of Irish town names start with Bally, it's an anglicisation of Baile (Irish for town). For example Baile Átha Cliath, which is the Irish name for Dublin
Hi Kevin and audience, towns starting with bally is just an English bastardisation of Irish language, it comes from the Gaelige (Irish for Irish) word bhaile, which means town :)
*baile
@@swankyfedora9268 same thing
baile atha cliath
ack the English and their bastardizations all right
So much knowledge ♥️ thank u!
12:27 - That's the best merging lane I've ever seen. I'm imagining people just flying off into the water on a regular basis, especially when they're going 120 km/h
My family went to Ireland about 15 years ago and we made the brilliant decision to drive around the country. We are from the US. It was... an Experience. We spent most of the trip watching the side of the road to make sure mom didn't fall off the edge.
Kevin: “They were rude to my mom, okay?”
Me: oh feck them then. No one’s rude to momma CallMe
Kevin is his last name right?
Good ol' Ireland, where the landscapes are all the same and the weather is a big ol' "fuck you" 90% of the time. Kevins gonna have a tough time at this one
This was weirdly one of the most informational videos about Ireland that I've come across
The only difference between this and my home country of Scotland on GeoGuesser is that the road signs are in Irish, not Scottish Gaelic. Incidentally both stem from the same language - Old Irish. Are any of the random clusters of vowels pronounced the same in each language then? No. No they are not.
Lots of similar words. Kinda like what an old person feels like when reading a Twitch chat
Yep, I had studied Irish a bit and then much later went to Scotland. I found out the vowels were not transferable! 😂
Now that I know the Dublin Spire can be used for wayfinding, I kind of like it. In NYC, I’ll often orient myself based on the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center- no matter where you are, even the far edges of one of the boroughs or across the river in New Jersey, you can always tell which way is north and where you are relative to midtown/downtown based on those landmarks.
The Spire isn't really big enough for that. It's surprising, since most of the buildings in Dublin city centre are only 3-4 storeys but you lose sight of the Spire pretty quickly in all directions
@@violet7773 So in other words, the Spire is dumb or bad or a waste of money- rather it just needs to be extended a couple hundred feet taller!
I love how Kevin is so proud of his GeoGuessr premium account
Well they don't just give those to anybody
I love it when you share our weird little country with the world.
Btw, 'Bally' = 'Baile' = Town
"This isn't even a road, I don't know if an irish road classifies"
I'm an irish road and you are a road, no. We are not the same
I was lucky on geoguesser a few times and got dropped right outside my house once, my grandmother’s neighborhood another time, my grandfathers hometown once, and right outside the door of my aunt that I lived with once 😂 On all of them I got it down to the just a meter or two away max. It was all in Norway though, except my aunts house that is in the US. Kevin also got dropped in my aunts old neighborhood once on one of the streams, but almost everyone was saying the same, wrong, location, so my comment with the right location drowned in the chat 😅
The rant about county clean , with the brogue…so reminded me of my mother, she was from Derry, my father American, I was always jealous of the accent and when my mom would get on the phone with our family, I loved it when she’d go off about something. Thanks for the happy memory Kevin!
I like these kind of videos with Irish thematic. Kevin seems so proud of his homeland and it makes me smile.
Also as Russian I understand this "feck that's the same green landscape with the same locals road" part. Sometimes I think there are more similarities between Ireland and Russia 🤔
Dan: *hates the Spire with his whole heart*
Kevin: It's excellent
*Spire
*White Gold Tower
Sometimes massive lightsaber*
*gigantic buttplug
9:51 poor phoenix wright, he went from being an attorney to an insurance broker
"You got to see the dirt roads and the big city"
Theres is only one big city in ireland
Thats why its the big city
I just want to say i love your icon lol
I think this was the funniest Kevin video I've ever seen, because for once it wasn't a game freaking out, the comedy was all carried by him 😂 Made my night
3:45 I can just imagine the google maps car driving round the country at top speed like: QUICK THIS IS THE ONLY SUNNY DAY THIS YEAR
Kevin talking about the country roads being like the autobahn had me giggling. I’m from Dublin, lived here my whole life in the city. We would go down to Wexford when we were kids and stay at a mobile home in a field by the beach. It was really nice, but my mam would be having a heart attack driving those roads, constantly almost driving into ditch’s and stuff!
1:39 Oh I love it whenever Kevin goes full Irish!
I love it when Kevin gets _really_ Irish and this video is just chock-full of it.
5:02 "Look, they (Country Clean) were rude to my mom" That does it: we won't support a company that was rude to someone who blessed us with the Brendan Fraser collage (and with Kevin, of course)
To be fair, with roads like these, I can understand how Kevin got hit by a car. I definitely would fall victim too. Probably to that man of war though
Kevin is a mystery making genius! You see a normal fan would think this video is about Kevin trying to be a detective and find location but only the top echelon of viewer will realize that this video was filmed in Ireland not Spain meaning it was prerecorded and that Kevin is throwing this up because he is still not feeling well, and from all your top echelon viewers we hope you feel better.
When Kevin mentioned how fast the Irish drive, it brought back memories from when I visited the country. I felt like I was in a roller coaster, the taxi driver seemed to have the pedal floored the whole time and didn't slow down at all for turns on the road. Worth mentioning that it was the middle of the night and pitch black outside. Same deal with the bus I travelled around in, top speed the whole time. Before then, I'd only been in a car that fast on a freeway.
Kevin spent his childhood wandering around the dingy roads of cork, of course he is a geo guesser genius
I’m glad he’s finding out ways to make content with anything, it’s a beautiful art
i knew this was going to be good since I saw the other lads playing it a while ago, Ireland in geoguessr is fun on its own and Kevin makes it hilarious
"I remember this train station -"
Me: Oh, dramatic story time!
"- because when I was in it, I kept thinking, 'Why are there so many pigeons?'"
Me: Right. Ireland.
That Irish bin rant never fails to absolutely make me cry with laughter
I live in rural Devon in England and I have to say, this looks extremely similar. I didn't know that Devon was an Irish county but the sheep, the hills, the endless fields, the terrible roads...it's near identical.
Every single detail you give about Ireland makes me want to live there more (except weed being completely illegal, I'll wait on that one to change)
The videos about Kevin talking about Ireland are always my favourites.
sometimes i forget how fucking similar everything in ireland looks. ill see a small town or a country road and think "hey, i think ive been there" except no, everything just looks the same
it’s always so weird seeing these videos as an irish person because i’ve seen my hometown and places i’ve been on school trips, especially down in the south of ireland
wow is this premium geo guesser account owner callmekevin! i love watching this guy get lost in places alover the world, its great fun. on a real note though its always a laugh no matter what you're playing
and yet another day of masterful editing by kip
Two of my favourite things: Call Me Kevin and Geoguessr
Never thought I'd see this day
I love these GeoGuessr videos. I could spend all day watching them, and it's so fun to play. ❤️
Have you ever watched vargskeletors geogessr stream vids? They're like 4-5 hours long of Joel being funny, I def recommend them!
@@aza8800 I'll have to check them out! Thanks for the recommendation! 😀👌🏼
8:42 That sign tells you where to chuck Kenny in the murder lake. Very helpful peope the Irish
i flew into dublin with my dad a few years ago and we drove all the way out to Ballydehob to see some of his friends who had a house in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful, but jesus christ the roads are whack (and that's coming from a high country Coloradan)
your profile pic is so charming
10:03 Yeah that happens a lot in the US most "japanese" restaurants are run by mexicans or koreans
I'm not anywhere near Ireland and doubt I'll ever be but I now have a personal, deeply-rooted beef with Country Clean
I absolutely love when Kevin plays Geoguessr, especially when he’s playing Ireland. It’s always fascinating to hear him talk about his home country.
1:08 "Ah yes, Irish road signs: go ahead and try to read that (Araghleann, Cill Úird)" I appreciate that the signs let us "cheat" and use the English names (Araglin, Kilworth) instead
“Hide sight is 20/20, it’s 2021 and we need to stop living in the past”- CallmeKevin
is one of my favorite quotes from kevin.
You’d think Kevin would remember Cork’s famous shovel-throwing villain
ah yes. the man, the myth, the legend, Seamus "Shame on us" the Infamous Shovel Thrower
5:40 thanks kev, been working really hard to get the town named after me
[Road sign]
Kevin: Woah. This is worthless!
[Trash bin]
Kevin: Finally, some good fucking [LANDMARKS]
I loved your Irish banter tbh. I listened to the entire story in like full concentration because it sounds sooo nice

As a Japanese person, I can conform that (At least in the US) 99 out of 100 Japanese food restaurants is owned by an Asian man or woman that is clearly NOT Japanese. So yeah, it does happen a lot
It's a bit weird. I get it in countries like Ireland or Poland where they're not many Asians, but in US?
kevin: ireland is so hard
also kevin: gets a spot that is near where he lives due to how little other places there is
11:30 Irish people had to tower up so they can find their home
Ireland reminds me of my state. Dirt roads everywhere and like two maybe three major cities. We may not have as many dirt roads inside cities but you’ll be driving on new asphalt, then on old cracked asphalt full of potholes, then gravel, then dirt. And that's all in the span of like 10-15 minutes.
What a great thumbnail Kevin keep up the great work and always remember that you are indeed a military genius
12:34 broke me when he said about the speed bumps same in my estate they either send ya to orbit or feck your suspension
I don't know if this is common for other Asian ethnicities, but in my experience most sushi restaurants (in the US) are owned by non-Japanese Asians. I'd estimate somewhere around 80~90% of them are owned by people who aren't Japanese.
That weird Korean cult I can't remember the actual name of (The Moonies) own most of them for reasons I can't remember but probably money laundering.
“This is an Irish road”
As a Gaelic Scottish Highlander, I relate to this far, far too much. Single track road that’s of terrible quality? Could be absolutely anywhere
I live in Ireland and it's really funny how every town looked like a place I've been to, but then it was on the other side of the country
4:32 There's a dead fly on the camera. It stays there as he goes along.
2:12

Get off my road!
Fun facts about the milennium spire in Dublin.
1. It was built to celebrate the year 2000, but was completed a few years after
2. They wanted to build something that watches over the 'skyline' of Dublin, which you can barely call a skyline in the first place
3. It is also known as the 'erection at the intersection'
The off-handed commentary in this video was so funny I couldn't stop laughing, listening to this while working 😆
1:20 look at that handsome smile. wholesome content
Imagining the part where Kevin goes into extra Irish mode but as a sing-a-long karaoke song. I know it was subtitled for people who actually couldn’t understand him, but I want that as a song.
Irish Stereotypes: Incomprehensible words, endless green, potatoes
Irish Reality: Err...thanks for proving everyone right Kevin
Hearing Kevin referring to rubbish as "trash" in an Irish accent confuses me greatly🤣🤣
I love these videos showing off Ireland so I feel less alone that I have to look at every other culture online except my own.
If you miss Ireland you can come to Galicia. It's like taking a bit of Ireland and putting it in Spain, except straight roads are a myth and nothing more than a legend.
