You should cover the "Sky Explosion" in Gatesville Texas just outside of Fort Hood. The explosion was at least 170dB on a clear sunny day and caused some older windows in the area to shatter. Fort Hood and the Air Force claimed it wasn't them, and a federal investigation turned up that the explosion in the sky was "of indeterminable cause". I was personally outside working on my rental home at the time and it was so loud I thought Fort Hood had been nuked.

Once when i was a teenager i was at a park. It being the middle of summer, the park was full of people. Joggers, dog walkers, picnic goers, and what have you.
Suddenly there was an impossibly loud sound up in sky. It was an like a gigantic lawnmower had been started behind the clouds. I want to emphasize that there was no build up to it. It wasn't like an aircraft flew into the area then it happened. No. This erupted into existence out of nowhere.
I looked up at where i thought the sound originated. The sound zoomed away quickly, faster than any plane could've passibly moved. You could hear it gain distance , the way a car sounds as it speeds past you.
When i looked down i saw that every single person in the park was looking up at the exact same spot. Then we all just kinda went back to what we were doing. Cause realistically what could we do? Call the cops and report a loud noise? It made me wonder how often phenomenon like this goes unreported

    • @georginaK21
      @georginaK21 7 місяців тому +7

That's a sonic boom. You don't hear a build up of sound because the plane coming towards you is ahead of it's own sound. You hear it only once it has passed you and then you would hear it fade away as it gained distance.

Over a two day period in North Louisiana about 10 years ago we had three loud Booms that rocked windows and at first we thought sonic boom as we have a major Air Force base here but the base denied it and my father was a retired Colonel and still knew people at the base and they actually confirmed it wasn't a plane and they honestly had no clue but my father seemed to have a idea but wouldn't tell us. He had been part of the Defense Atomic Support Agency and the Special Weapons Project so he probably did but it never happened again.

In the 2002 during this summer night there was this weird sound in southern Finland: Multiple people in this chat reported that there was this humming sound..like distant diesel truck idling, but this sound came from the sky; all around. People over 200km / 125 mi / 2200 football fiels away heard it. Obviously I went out and heard it. I took my car and drove around my small city and people outside bars were looking up. Didn't see anything. Also there was more than usual amount of wild life activity.
Few days later there was small article in a news paper that during that night a solar storm hit the Earth..and if it had been winter (and actually dark) we would have seen really strong northern lights.

The northern lights (aurora borealas (sp?) actually DO make a simaler sound, but it's been very quiet the couple of very rare times when I've heard it. (Like, a: 'Is there a semi idling a mile or two down the road?' kinda sound.)

Oh yeah, that could be it, too. And if it's very, VERY cold, the sap freezing in trees across a forest can make some strange noises, but that's like at -65f or more, like '100 degrees of frost' ... I've been told that by some guys that used to work the pipeline in Alaska, anyway, and I believe 'em.

Yes aurora borealis and it sounded like idling truck. Issue with that transformer theory is that this sound was heard in a very large area (multiple cities) and it came from up. I've never heard that noise before or after.

Its not far fetched that with the sheer amount of signals we as humans are sending out on a regular basis through cell towers, radio towers and all sorts of communications equipment that some of the "hums" are the combined waves of all this bouncing of of various obstacles. The amount of noise we humans make with communications, electronics and machines is massive!!

    Drum fish my azzzz lol.
I live near FL but on the Bama side of the line and I've heard booms and quakes all my life here.
Once I was in a small on site construction office trailer while waiting to get keys to a roof of a highrise condo being built in Fort Morgan Alabama so I could rappel it and do some waterproofing work on the outside.
Then some sort of boom went off so hard and loud that we all thought someone's car had crashed into the dam trailer lol. That was the biggest and loudest one I recall so far.
But yeah lots of unexplained sonic booms and stuff here.
Now if they have a hum noise that's different sure. But yeah lots of alot worse events still not explained.
    Crazy stuff

TRUMPET SOUND SOLVED: I followed the sound a couple of blocks to where I found it was being caused by a resonance phenomenon from a highway overpass that was having its asphalt removed by a backhoe. The scraping of the backhoe was causing the entire bridge to act like a sound board on a musical instrument, and emitted the EXACT horn sound heard in these many videos. Same tone, quality, and the pitch varied with the speed of the back hoe.

I've been experiencing the "Tucson (Arizona, USA) booms" for over 25 years now, and they've been growing more frequent over the years. These are loud rumblings similar to a sonic boom that rattle windows and startle birds and other animals into silence. They occur most often in the spring and fall and most commonly from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. There is an Air Force base in Tucson, but they've denied having anything to do with these sounds. I suspect they have something to do with large, rapid changes in temperature but don't have any evidence to back that up.

Eventually the noise stopped and then my father opened the door. I asked them what was going on but they didnt know what I was talking about. They said there was no noise or shaking and they didnt hear anything. Well thats when I figured it out, it must have been one of these unexplained noises. I think because I have very sensetive hearing, Im one of the few people that could hear it, and the noise also must have been causing a vibration that was shaking the van. I think only some people can hear noises like in the video because they are gifted like me and thats why the general public cannot hear them but even though the majority of people cannot hear these noises doesnt mean it doesnt effect them because when I saw my father and his friend they had become very sweaty and looked quite disheveled. They must have been effected by the noise and didnt even realise it.

I've been learning more about over the horizon radar. Both USA and Russia, and perhaps England experiment with it. It usually involves two steps. First, massive directed radio energy to ionize an area of the ionosphere, I know that seems redundant, in order to reflect the low frequency radio waves back and forth, which is the second step. Those "radar" waves are strong pulses reflecting off those ionized areas and over the horizon, then bounce back. This effort, an example is Project Haarp, may cause unintended movement, vibrations, of the atmosphere the same as a music speaker diaphragm vibrates. Different factors may distort the originating pulses or sounds, due to the dynamic action of the atmosphere, such as the jet stream, cloud density and regular wind and barometric pressures.

This explains my tinnitus. I hear a low mechanical Humm. I live in the Tampa Bay area. The low hum frequency I only hear it at wee hours of the night and it sounds like a motor hovering up and then down again, over and over. I have tried to figure out where it was coming from but never could find a cause.
It reminds me of a generator in the far distance. I've heard this when we have power outages from storms.

We have a sound here around Great Falls, Montana called "the boom." It was described by both Lewis and Clark during their expedition in the area in 1805: “since our arrival at the falls we have repeatedly witnessed a nois which proceeds from a direction a little to the N. of West as loud and resembling precisely the discharge of a piece of ordinance of 6 pounds at the distance of three miles.”
It still occurs randomly, multiple times every day.

One day when I was in kindergarten in 1981, we were outside on the playground when there was a tremendous boom from the sky, even though it was a sunny day with blue skies. The teachers brought everyone in from the playground and then I remember them giving us a lesson about how lightning and thunder come from different charges in the sky (I still remember her drawing pluses and minuses on the chalkboard), but I was suspicious because there was no sign that the weather was anything but perfect.

We're not talking gun shot or fireworks loud, we're talking shake the windows and set off my car alarm loud. Now there are military bases, defense contractors, and military storage facilities all over the place here... So it could have something to do with them... but I never heard anything in the news. No one ever seems to mention it. Very bizarre. I even forgot about it until you asked what was the weirdest sound you've heard.

Ever wonder if maybe these booms are actually sounds from other planets? Just wondering. Since they now have sounds of other planets. And since our atmosphere is thinning which is in line for earth's flip. We would then be able to here these other planets. Just saying.

  • @tonywheat6478

Of course, no one can say for sure what the source, or sources, of the trumpets are, my theory is that it's the tectonic plates sliding and grinding deep underground. Imagine stone plates that are hundreds of miles long and a mile thick, sliding across one below it. It's going to cause vibrations, frequencies, rumbles and trumpet like sounds. And it would be across a wide area plus across the planet at different times. I've seen and heard the videos from many countries already. That's just my theory.

    So called sky trumpets:
    1) I notice that those who record such noises do not say what their location is, this may be because their location may provide a solution
    2) Every time I hear recordings of sky trumpets they remind me of three things that I have personally experienced, those recordings sound like the sounds of metal scraping on metal:
    a) at a port, as ships are loaded
    b) in railway marshalling yards as derailed wagons are put back onto rails
Or as scrap metal is slid onto or out of railway wagons.
